Is it just me or is finding a lot of my fave collections are always stateside and all preorders are stateside so our little island always seems to be so far also custom chargers make buying off the evilbay a lot more expensive....rant over

facing similar issue from where i come from. while we are up there with the best when it comes to modern toys, finding vintage items in my country is a pain, they are either extremely hard to find or have exorbitant pricing. so much so 99% of my vintage collection comes from ebay.

I live in canada (was from the philippines ) and don't mind actually. At one point in time (1981 to 1998) I honestly believe that me and my buddy were the only ones who never outgrew these robots. I use to dream about finding a place that sold the popy robots or a place which rents the movies. It was only during the age of the Internet where I was able to put names and find info on robots I admired from randomly brought stickers when I was about 7.

Yes, the UK second-hand market is quite thin on the ground. Still managed to grt some good finds here. Being dual national French-British, I also managed to tap into the French market (saving a lt on postage by getting stuff sent to parents in France), but the recent Brexit incident makes euro purchases painful t say the least. I am focusing on the UK second hand. Fewer items on sale, but then fewer collectors around so more chance to garb barbains, or at least get reasonable prices.
