According to another forum, the SoC and the original DX are packaged the exact same way. I'll try to find a pic. Edit: Almost identical - SoC dinozords are just more compressed to save space. Edit:

The same folks that put up Chen's pictures put up a full video of shots, with lots of nice detail shots. This thing looks incredible. Like Voltron level incredible or better!

I wonder if they will do a North American "Power Rangers" slip cover for GX-72 the way they did with GX-71? They shouldn't have a licensing issue with the name given the longstanding relationship between BOA and Saban I would think?

I feel like if that was going to be a thing we would have heard about it by now. I'm almost certain we knew about Voltron getting NA exclusive packaging for a considerable time before release.

If you look at the detail of the triceratops from the side you do see what appear to be separate treads going up into the body housing, maybe those treads do move??

I hope so, I don't think that the bandai engineers would go all out with articulation and detail only to stop short of movable treads and wheels lol. If you look at saber tooth , the wheels do appear to be rotational.

The only reason they might is those look a little small for individual plastic link treads, and they have been trying to avoid rubber treads a lot lately since they don't age well.

This is especially true with older SoCs now as they are decades old at this time. Dunno if any of the newer ones have it better, however.
