I have an incredible autistic 7 year old son. He has a a very gifted intellect, and recently attained a perfect "nonverbal reasoning" IQ score. We've collected Godaikins, Voltrons, Evolution Toys, and SOCs for longer than he can remember. We saw an Arduino kit for the first time today at Barnes and Noble. He told me he actually wants to make functioning Super Robots happen. He wants to go down the entire Godaikin line. We got the Abega 1st, so he plans to start there.
I hope he does.

My 4 year old daughter for some reason but cool, finds my Godaikin Machine Dolphin driver figure irresistable. My 8 year old daughter is all about Star Wars and Barbie. My older one I'm sure will soon move on from kid toys, but BB-8 is cool for her. I think my little one will share my robot love the more of them i let her touch, the more facintated she becomes. Wait until I really show her how they transform. Then her journey down the bot side will be complete! Because I am her father! Haha.

My 3 year old, who just started to talk, ranted "BB-8, BB-8" when we drove to Orlando.... later I figured out there was a billboard. Then the day care worker read her Star Wars books Grace, now 9, loves her Kimba truck with M.U.S.C.L.E toys inside.... Sage, she loves the Godzilla vinyls. E
