This Mazinger is fat. Everyone knows Mazinger Z has trimmed up since going vegan. BTW I own the Three Zero Maz and love it. Everyone is different and we just like what we like. BEFORE AFTER ![](http://tamashii.jp/images/item/item_0000011497_mZH8rED5_04.jpg) "Thank you, SlimFast"

Not going to get it. It's too big for me, too expensive and... well, I already pre-ordered the best looking Maz I've ever seen. Plus, I'll be receiving my SRC one with Iron Cutters soon.
That's enough Mazingers for the time being.

I think the fact that this toy is quite large and features diecast would be the key selling points. Probably a pass since I just have a bazillion Mazingers...and with GX-70 destined for all the repaints (per GX-01 and etc.), I'm sure I can live without this version.

i guess its a different flavor of Mazinger z than anything on the market lets wait for the fully painted version so we can judge for sure just like Fewture Grendizer paintless prototype

future quest already posted pictures of the actual painted mazinger long ago. he looks good minus the oversized shoulders with short biceps. and they also posted pictures of the painted jet pilder and upgraded jet scrander, but they're not sure if they will sell those.

yes i preordered one. the company is part or working with evolution toys which have a great record. Thanks brother. I was just curious. I was feeling the itch and this post seemed interesting now so I went looking for a store. At BBTS this thing is going for $400. I have enough of those coming those coming in December. Lol. I'll have to wait for the release and see if AE has left over stock. They were the cheapest.

They were the cheapest. i ordered mine from anime-export and had to prepay, but i think it is worth it. i don't know how much the shipping will be, so bbts might be competitive after all. like i said before, evolution toys is behind this figure, so don't be worried about it. evolution toy is a world renoun company for many years now.

the company is part or working with evolution toys which have a great record. Tell that to those who bought their Dai-X. like bandai's soc kotetsushin jeeg, or soc reideen? every company makes a dud sooner or later, but evolution toy is pretty good. they have been around for a long time too. they didn't start off making magnetic robots in the dynamite action line.

bigfire, i got albegas, and like many other collectors that got it, i can say he is a great figure. albegas is even great when separated into the alpha, beta, and gamma robots! it is such a great figure evolution toy released it a second time. so no worries there.
back to future quest mazinger z, some people on facebook have posted that it is supposed to be released soon. i don't know if that's correct or not, but I'm keeping my eyes peeled for more info.

Evo toys is a hit and miss company. and i remember that Albegas issue's been a subject of debate ive been into of not so long ago hehe.. Not really happy with thier Albegas release coz of the massive parts swapping, the same with the subpar quality of Big Dai X and Daikengo. But i love thier original Jeeg, Getter and other non-combiner releases.. pretty solid and SOC-like.
