Watched some. Not as thrilled partly because I already read it from the manga, and partly not too fond of the very digitized look of the new TV show. Its partly because of the lower budget production as I very much enjoyed the movie trilogy, which used the same technique but less jarring. But I am glad they made the show still, unlike some people that are very upset about the new adaptation.

i skipped the manga because i hate when they kind force you to go and read the manga, i watched the movies didn't like the CGI it also didn't continue after the original story
with the new anime they did complete after the classic anime but again the over use of the CGI kinda ruins it, however still awesome thing to watch with great soundtracks they started slowly but ep7 was full of action, i just watched the recently aired ep and cant wait for the next one
they are releasing a new video game for it too

Honestly, I would like to encourage you to the read the manga. It is simply the best medium of Berserk. None of the anime adaptations so far have done it the proper justice.The art-style is unmatched and it has some excellent story telling goes in it. It also doesn't take that long to read. Please enjoy it!

thanks moleman i was reading and i was deep into it, but i suddenly stooped im not sure where exactly lol maybe after Casca gave birth or when guts got the berserker armor, i couldnt get back to the manga since then and with this new anime i dont think i will anytime soon |
