Hi guys, I'm interested in getting this third party version of the Metal Build 00 Gundam and was wondering if anyone got this. If so, how is the build quality and is it worth getting this? Thanks.

I actually picked this up from gundammodelcenter.com. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed. I only had two problems: 1) The V fin was broken 2) the Tampo printing wasn't perfect (some of the printing felt a little soft. If you want, I'll try and post some photos. I don't use any of the photo posting sites, so if there was a place for me to easily post photos, let me know. Asides that, the only thing I'm not sure of is if the colors on the body match the original Metal Build 7 Sword. But Is it worth the $100 I spent? Sure. I own some bandai Metal Builds, and I have no problem showing it with my other pieces.

here's some quick photos and details. It's a really awesome KO. Details looks good, some very minor bit here and there, but that's pretty much QC. Articulation is nice and tight, with some spots a bit too tight. (thighs) The diecast and plastic used on the figure looks and feels about the same as a real metal build. The clear parts are not as clear but still very good. The weapons /swords are all nicely done. The display stand's plastic quality is lower than the Figures, but will clip and lock without issues. The hands fit a bit too tight, changing them can take a bit of time since you don't want to use too much force. The slots on the shoulder armor that you use to mount your big GN sword on is very tight, same for the clip ons too. might be a good idea to trim them before putting them into the slots. If you don't you will need to take the shoulder armor apart and push the clips out with force. (it's easy to remove that part since it only use 1 screw) Overall it's very nice and definitely worth the price. I'll probably pick up the future red version and their oo rasiser some close up of the diecast and joints, The slots on the shoulder armor that you use to mount your big GN sword on is very tight, same for the clip ons too. might be a good idea to trim them before putting them into the slots. If you don't you will need to take the shoulder armor apart and push the clips out. (it's easy to remove that part since it only use 1 screw) before and after of a similar clip,by the way, after all this. the outer blue armor looks fine, and the clips are still too tight, lol. I'll will trim them down next time.

Glad I was able to make you spend more money. if you have the moshow aile, how would you compare them? The moshow Aile strike is overall better across all categories, if it was 1/100 it would have been perfect. but then there's other stuff that can improve too, like the diecast grand slam is just too heavy. It would have been better with chrome plastic like the pg 1/60. but then one is a awesome KO and the other is a fantastic 3rd party gundam. If I can only buy 1 , I would pick the Moshow, but that can be basis on my part since i love the Strike design
