Voltes V had one or two releases in Japan (DVDs and laser discs, both in Japanese language only). These are very expensive.

Voltes V was very popular in the Philippines because it was banned by Marcos when he was in power. In the late 90s, it was re-broadcast there on tv in English dub performed by Filipino actors.

This Filipino English dub was released on a set of VCDs (about 20 discs in one box) in the Philippines. I have this set. The dub is very loud and has a bit of an echo effect added to the voices. It takes some getting used to but it is a good way to get the whole voltes series much cheaper than the Japanese releases. VCDs can be played in a computer cd-rom/DVD-rom drive, or in a DVD player.

Other than that, if you live in an Asian country, I suggest trying to find an Hong Kong or Taiwanese bootleg DVD sets of the show, if they have been made, at one of your local shops or some type of used goods market.

The bootlegs from Hong Kong or Taiwan usually contain Japanese dvd master footage or something very close to it in quality (try to watch it first if you can) and then they will have Japanese audio and/or Chinese audio with Chinese subtitles and/or English subtitles.

Those are your best options. There are possibly other options you may find elsewhere on the Internet, but I like physical copies, and forum rules do not allow discussion of illegal Internet options here (except for legal services like YouTube, crunchyroll, or other content providers like that).

actually i remember there was a huge size torrent with awesome quality and accurate English sub, but the site is closed not sure if you can find it

cheap copy english dubs can be found here locally... plenty abound. but online.. i can only give u subs..
