I slept on this one  Are there other reputable vendors where I can still pre-order this, preferably with no advance payment? Or should I just wait for BBTS to get their stock? if you want , I have an open order with AmiAmi that I don't want ! AmiAmi don't require an upfront payment. you can have it man  i'm interested... please let me know how we can do this. Thanks |

It might be worth trying, but you could contact AMIAMI asking is they can transfer the pre-order to someone else account. If they can do that for you it would be much easier.

Well I for one wish they'd give us more just the usual static showroom poses for a change.
I mean, show off the alternate parts, the gimmicks, the accessories, show off the posability, anything that isn't just the robot standing at attention!

Sounds like me. Never liked the design before, but Bandai did such a good job on this one. I had it pre-ordered for a while. I've since come to my senses, but only barely. Pics like those above make me a little weak for a few moments. |

Pics like those above make me a little weak for a few moments. It was never about the design for me. When I was first introduced to the robot in Super Robot Wars, I loved it. But once they tried marketing him in that awful OVA that was not worth waiting 4 years to see it in its entirety, I ended up hating it. Plus I never liked the releases they made before with the exception of perhaps the Max Factory one. This is why it will be the only one. I trust Bandai when it comes to SOC especially with new releases. |

I'm a huge fan of Mazinkaiser and I own practically every Mazinkaiser figures that ever existed (except for the SD ones), but this will be the first Mazinkaiser that I'll not purchase. I simply hate the SOC design especially that baboon looking face. I really hope they'd do a DX SOC. Not as extreme, but also owned a few Mazinkaiser figures through the years and skipping this SOC. While it looks better than most of what I have/had, my high end Kaiser spot reserved for Sentinel's upcoming chrome version. Since I usually don't get multiple versions of the same figure, I'll pass on this as well. |
