I guess i knew it when Badai announced its going to use MB joints.....
Maybe Bandai had a cross department dealings just to get collectors introduced to other premium lines...you know, MB gets Movie Mazinger license and this SOC gets MB joints....
If you ask me( which you didn't, hah!), id say SOC team got the short end the the stick. SOCs "mostly" have great joints, MB also has good joints but its friction metal joints and we all know what happens to them after you pose them ten or 20 times....

Definitely prefer ratchets over friction, especially metal friction. At least I can fix most loose plastic joints, but not so much on metal joints. When they get loose, they are done for the most part.

AE is closed, but other places, like HLJ, wich are US operated, are open. It will simply ship when they are ready. And probably Japan Post is surely close also |

a comparison with Aoshima Mazinkaiser The sculpt of these two are so close, more so than I remembered until I see them side by side. Almost like Bandai made a Aoshima 2.0 by refining the shapes and trimmed some fat. |

I still love the wings on the aoshima... Shelf presence no doubt... the thing I don't like about it it's his own weight works against him. Still love it and gx75 will look amazing next to this one  |

Just rewatching Mazinkaiser vs Ankoku Daishogun. Can't help but think how incredible this would be as a live action movie. Really one of my favorites and I haven't even been able to find it with English subs.
