The preorder price on this 10" beast is great and it has articulation. My concern is about quality. I read some reviews of McFarlane toys and they said quality was an issue, as in parts falling off, like limbs. Any experiences with McFarlane? Thoughts on this piece?

The more I read about McFarlane toys the less I'm interested. I'll be passing on this.

I used to collect mcfarlane halo 6" action figures. articulation, paintwork, overall quality leaves much to desired. Especially the halo 5 series figuries which are utterly horrendous, more like toys for kids than collectors'. definitely not worth its price tag.

Their new line has been on display at target and other stores. They did the pilot named Jack from TF2. It looks decent through the box, it may be worth looking at to see the projection of the quality.

I am looking at one right now at TRU. It doesn't look bad. The little jack doesn't look great but I am comparing it to my Kai. The bot looks decent though not as distressed as the pics.
