I don't own the Toynami so I can't say. The transformation is a lot more simple than it looks when glancing over the instructions but it's definitely one you have to be careful with. Thanks! I have the Toynami Rand and it holds the record for the longest time I’ve transformed one of my toys to alt mode which was more than an hour.

To be honest I'm a bit nervous about the delays, but I'm so hyped for finally a modern transforming Mospeada figure. Just hoping for no QC issues. Can't wait to see a prototype for Yellow and Houquet. I'm gonna quote myself, after watching Kuma's review, a lot of my fears came true. Yet to receive mine but the excitement has been deflated by the QC. What happened Sentinel??!?!!

Ray is coming out in 1 month. Likely it is already in production and assembly. I doubt they had time to fix the issues with Stig/Stick/Scott.

Twitter: Mine: Also be very careful when you are putting/posing Stick riding the bike. When you bend his torso towards the front, there is a high risk of scratching or chipping some paint off the stomach piece area due to the friction the green pointy piece hits the gray piece like shown below:

The full review of Sentinel's Riobot R-18 Mospeada VR-052F (Stick Bernard) is up; kumastyledesigns.com/sentinel-mospeada-stick-review/ I've went in even on these forums and in the video review about aspects of the figure that I don't like but the full written review goes in more verbal depth about it as well. A transformation video is also included at the link and hopefully that helps anyone having issues. Needless to say that one of the best parts of having finished this one is that I don't have to be bothered fiddling with the product anymore.
The full gallery is 25 pictures shot at a higher-than-usual resolution to give you all the best look possible and here are a few pics from it;

No problem man. Just don't want others to buy something with this kind of price tag, only to make the same mistake I did

After handling this figure and transforming it and back and again, I have to say- I LIKE IT!
It's not without faults, as others have stated. The engineering though, is still amazing and respectable. The reason I say that, because MOSPEADA RIDE ARMOR is just complicated. Sentinel did a very good job with their modernized stylings. The helmet was a bit too much, I think they should've given an extra clear helmet option, but it's not ugly. The colors, the paint, the clear pieces, the fabric, are all well done. As for articulation, can't complain too much because the Ride Armor has always been bulky. Anime magic slims down the body and thickened up the lower legs, but toys always had a problem balancing both modes. Armor mode is back-heavy but not the fault of the toy, just the way Mospeada was designed on paper. I keep my thumb and index finger on the piston area tabs when I manipulate the arms so it doesn't pop out every time. Takes some getting used to, but reduces some frustration doing it this way.
Ride Armor Mode 16.5cm at top of head, 17cm top of wheels 217g with gun (Gun is 3g)
PROS- -Visually stunning (this thing look great in photos, just lots of detail to admire) -Fabric works well (it's not paint coated like Toynami's so won't have to worry about cracks and flaking) -Can actually stand on its own in Ride Armor Mode with some balancing -Diecast used on specific locations for durability and reinforcement
CONS- -Forearm armor "silver painted pistons" are too tight, when you manipulate the arms the tabs will pop out (I think if they sanded the part slightly more before painting would have resolved the issue) -Loose front ankle armor -Loose shoulder armor on Stick -Shoulder armor where it has the number "21" has a hinge and splits, I don't know why, because it just droops in ride armor mode -Does not photograph well from top-down due to skinny legs -Bike mode wheels are easily misaligned due to the ball joints
Definitely take your time transforming this toy, it basically goes from bike to floppy spider to armor. If you are not good at complex transformations it can get hairy. There are a lot of thin parts (like the hand-brakes). Once you know where to hold as you manipulate it, it gets less frustrating. The bike mode is the better of the two modes, but both modes look equally good on display.
I hope Sentinel is self-aware of the problems and addresses some of it with Ray. And I hope they make Yellow (Lance) and Houquet (Rook) because I'm all in on all four.

Paid for my Rey this morning.
After fiddling with mine for a bit I do find it a bit fiddly and the shin guard on mine keeps popping off so I may just glue it on. But looks and display-wise I love them even though I haven't transformed mine yet.

The Ray release is so soon after Stick, I doubt they had a chance to fix any of the issues. We'll see in hand, I suppose.

I'm so glad that this release seems to be getting a lot of attention. Bodes well for Yellow and Rook.

Any of you PO from HLJ for Ray? I haven’t been charged yet and I think he’s already released in Japan.

Well, I only got a PO in last April 23 when I’m assuming somebody cancelled and not during the initial PO’s. I’m assuming they go by PO date?
