That's a particularly hard one to find, especially now. It used to get outragious prices because it was pretty much the only Diaclone mould that was eligable for the Transformers series, but never used. Unfortunately, Diaclone prices in general have gone down since RID came out. Fans of transforming vehicles now have new toys to spend their money on again.
Anyway, for the ultra valuable Diaclones like that one, most collectors are stowing them away, waiting for the prices to go back up. I've seen them pop up very rarely on ebay and Yahoo Japan, but don't hold your breath.

Thanks for the comments. Yeah I had noticed a bunch of stuff has gotten pretty rare since the secondary market got sort of bloated lately. Hopefully that will abate before too much longer. I remember seeing a few on Ebay for @$150 but I didn't have money to throw at the time.

I got a Japanese one MISB on ebay about a year ago for $90. I might have just been lucky, but these do pop up every now and then. This was my only diaclone as a kid. I remember being very confused by the included catalog, featuring several known transformers, but in different colors; along with several transforming toys that I had never seen before. This toy is partially responsible for my diaclone addiction. Funny, because it's not a very good toy
