I couldn't find an appropriate thread to necro, so I thought I might as well start a new one.
Since the SoC came out, any market for the CM's Brave Gohkin Gaogaigar probably shrunk significantly. I've got one from the first run and also the Goldy+Star upgrade set, more or less new in box. They spent a few months in a display cabinet when they first came out and then have spent the rest of their lives in their box due to lack of space. GGG and Pal came back out briefly to be pictured next to the SoC and then back in the closet they went. Is anyone even looking for these guys? I need to make room and could use the cash, so I'm poking the bushes to see if its even worth the effort to try to sell them and I figured you guys might know something.

Did you check eBay to gauge prices? You could always use that as a guide and discount a little to give a deal to someone who wants it (but not enough to attract a reseller). For example, say it sells for $100 USD before shipping on eBay, and isn't super heavy or a giant box. You'd get about 86.50 after eBay and PayPal fees so you could offer here for 85 plus shipping within your country or say like 80 plus shipping for international.

Yup, took a look at ebay before posting here to do some basic recon. But just because people are selling doesn't mean people are actually buying. Right now pricing is secondary; I'm more concerned about interest.

Someone must want or like it if it was at least a decent figure, I'm not too familiar with it. I mean I feel like I'm the only one that likes Yamato GNUs (the SRC sized ones) and still seek certain ones out. CMs had a good following in their day, so I am sure people are still looking for things.

Indeed the new toys keep leap-frogging each other, leaving the older 90's toys to current outdated..... It is an odd thing, as I recall that set being so sought after

That's a loose one, though. Modern figures without the box are rarely worth much.

I have a boxed Star Gaogaigar set and I'm sure no one would touch it with a 50' pole.
