Serves Ultra Alloy right for dropping the ball so hard with their release. You snooze, you lose!
The pricetag is nice, too. I wonder how big it is - and what is that thing next to it?

The sign cards are generally about 2" tall. So this looks to be ~7-8". In the small SOC ranges. Probably about the same size as Leoparden.

Its 20 cm around the size of SOC GX-02R Great Mazinger. Can't remember their names but here's a picture of them. Hope that helps.

So about 8 inches tall. That's squarely in my Goldilocks range. Thanks for the new info, coldbreakar!

Looks like Daitetsujin 17 needs to use the smaller lower arms for transformation (indicated in the parts list).
The 2 guys are Kyodain. Skyzel (red) & Grounzel (yellow & blue)

Are you sure those "arms" don't actually just mean the alternate hands?

Are you sure those "arms" don't actually just mean the alternate hands? Pretty sure. They worded it very specific as "Transformation used lower arms" as parts, in Chinese nonetheless. I suppose its like some SOCs, with skinny arms for perfect transformation, but thicker swappable lower arms for looking good.

August?! And of course AmiAmi is closed before I even find out about it. I wonder why HLJ and NY don't have it up yet? Might just see if my contact at LCM can get me one.

Oh My. That's a lot of diecast for a 20 cm figure. Signal Control Machines: SigCon Tank, SigCon Jet, SAB Machine.

Thanks, I don't like paying up front for preorders but I may have to in this case.

Thanks, I don't like paying up front for preorders but I may have to in this case. Heck if it is Aug 2017 release it just about isn't an up front pre-order at this point. Talk about no prior notice on a release.

YW, Eriku. Faelon's right, if the release date is correct, you're just buying in stock....well almost.

Yeah I'm not counting on it truly coming out this month. Still seems odd to me that only AmiAmi and AE are offering it so far.The Alphamax SD Daitetsujin toy that came out in June is far more obscure and it was available pretty much everywhere.

That's a pretty reasonable price given the size and the amount of diecast ! Very nice robot, I love it ! Unfortunately, too many chogokins to buy this month... That's definitely a Chogokin month !
