Actually reissue microman seems to have almost vanished off ebay in the last month or two, except for this guy Octospawn who charges crazy shipping prices though he has some good stuff. I was about to buy m171 and m172 from him for $30 incl shipping. If you have a better price let me know before 10PM eastern north america time.
Ministry of toys sold the full set of m17x for $29 last time. He's disappeared too when it comes to microman.
I haven't seen blue cyborg 99 for a while. The last time it showed up I bought it and it never got here! I bought a blue cyborg99 on ebay from pi111a on october 9th and it never got here. He said he'd "check at the post office" but then stopped answering emails. 18$ shipping and not even registered. What a waste of money and what a jerk. The cyborg 99 stuff all seemed to be from him, and now he's disappeared with my money! Hasn't sold anyhting since.
If you're selling off Microman, I'm looking for all kinds of stuff, although I'd rather spend my money finishing up the cyborgs that I'm looking for, just need 3. Microman is never finished unfortunately!
What I want most is Spy Magician M142 Hudson.
Other than that I tend to pick up anything that's cool that's at a good price. Here's a partial list.

I don't care about the card packaging and only care about the boxes for those that come in boxes, although I'd still buy things if there was no box.

hi Johnnyhaggis, if its any consolation I got a cyborg 99 from the same seller and had it within a week!! Keep trying. As for microman, Ive checked my collection and at this moment have decided to keep hold for now, check the 'micropolis embassy' on yahoo groups as theres masses of microman fans there. If I do decide to let the spies go i'll give you a shout. the spy magicians are nice figures, very well made like most of the reissues.

Johnny, in answer to your question, how does it work, M-world has a page on his website explaining it all, and from what I can remember, you send money upfront and tell him what you want and how much you want to pay. He browses the auctions for you, or you can email him with items you have seen. He gets items mailed to him and sends them on, so you pay two loads of postage. Very few of the items I've looked at on YJ will post internationally. Basically, I think I'd have to send a truckload of money to cover it all. It would be very frustrating to have to set a maximum bid amount that was enough below the total amount you sent to still have sufficient left for postage and fees. Frankly I'm not sure if I will ever bother. CBC is right, the stuff you list as wants will probably come round on Ebay. I'm looking at vintage Henshin Cyborg stuff that almost never appears on Ebay. Fantasiatoyz is quite good for reissue Microman. He ain't cheap but there are no hidden extras, just postage. These stores communicate in English and sell internationally: www.toyshop-rough.comwww.toytokyo.combut they don't stock much in the way of Takara or vintage. They're good for Henshin related stuff like Medicom. |

Cool! Did you also get that through M-World? Do you think these guys will ever show up on ebay or in north american or at leat english language stores?

Hey Hypno - work ate me alive, and visitors from England used up the rest of my flesh, so no board for me....anyway, wanted to comment on a pure cyborg shelf...all sounds a bit dodgy to me....like all green waldars to the back of the bus...but they are plastic after all......so I guess its OK.  Anyway, got a few new figures in the last few weeks, like the black BXH Waldar, the Devilman repro, the Waldar Dukuro repro, an original purple waldar...and finally got a pristine Cyboinvader...which I ended up getting from Japan. SO I guess it's the Japan invader version - but, it is so pristine, like it was never played with....gibber, gibber...wibble..ooog....except by me. And as I now have all three Invaders, the green dude is sat in the interceptor dentist chair, while the other two orange and blue guys look on....... it's...like.....art...... |

They said they had more on back order but thatthey had no word that there were any more available.
M-World is friendly, but itès just too damned expensive. 3500Y plus another 1000 or so shipping and fees inside japan and then another 1000 to get here plus a 1500 commission, plus bank fees, and then customs. Ouch.

I’ve just tried "colis" in the online dictionary and it means a package or parcel. We use packet in a similar sense here in Britain , but it’s fairly obscure slang. Women might discuss the size of a man's "packet".
I got my red KW from Tripitaka but they sold out of the greens. Just when I secured my order for a green one with M-World, Tripitaka restocked! They had said that they might, but couldn’t guarantee it. My green one is costing the same as the red one and the gold HC put together. If I get stung by customs it’ll be triple price.
