Moderoid: God Mars (Model Kit Series) Revealed! Does this mean Sentinel is working on a Metamor-Force BARI-ATION God Mars?! (It can't be Riobot, since that line doesn't do Gattai mechas) Anyways, for a model kit, this is looking great! If Moderoid Mazinkaiser is 145mm tall, God Mars might be slightly taller. I am more excited for Sentinel having prototypes of God Mars than the Moderoid instead lol Looking at the pic, Gaia is just a tad shorter than Shin & Ra. If you look at the SOC, both Shin & Ra are a lot taller than Gaia. So you can in a way figure out their height when combined. Nonetheless, this will be an awesome model kit of God Mars, the first. I want this line to succeed SO MUCH. FINALLY, someone is dedicating resources to making model kits of these robots and not "here's a 500 dollar diecast figure". I don't even care about God Mars and i'll buy it just to support the line.

Update. The combined Godmars will be 20cm/7.8" tall. This could be a model kit still not sure about it, let's wait and see. Interesting, very interesting. Link

I don't think Good Smile has done metal in the past. But they do amazing plastic stuff. Figma is theirs. As is Nendoroid. If they are moving into die cast it will be impressive. If this is just plastic, it will be impressive.

Moderoid: God Mars (Model Kit Series) Update! GSC revealed that the way God Mars is going to be combined is to disassemble & assemble. So people who think it will be like a SOC, not for you. After combining it will be 20 cm tall. More news should be coming soon! Source:

I have the SOC but wouldn't mind a smaller model kit to play around with on the desk. I'll be looking forward to this.

I don't think Good Smile has done metal in the past. They've done some of the best ever with Max Gokin.

Here is the product description/specs listed at Big Bad Toy Store for the Mazinkaiser from the Moderoid series, I haven't found a description for god marz yet. There is an interesting choice of materials, pre-colored runners (similar to bandai, I assume), and pre-painting already done. The kit can be further painted as well. It's a bit small, just under 6 inches tall. I won't get the Mazinkaiser but I am anxious to see unboxing pics. I feel like this will be a cross between a bandai gundam full color model and a pre-assembled tamiya sportscar model as far as the way it is packaged. www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/66167Product Description A brand new Mazinkaiser begins... The very first in the series in none other than the classic mecha, Mazinkaiser! The plastic model is made in cooperation with Sentinel, making use of the original sculpt of the RIOBOT Mazinkaiser and making slight changes while converting the design into a plastic model kit, allowing for Mazinkaiser to come back once again in an all new form for fans to enjoy building and displaying in their collection. The product is a partially pre-painted model kit. The runners are separated by color as well as pre-painted parts allowing the model to look amazing simply by bring put together! It is made from PS and hard ABS plastic, features a very detailed design and can also easily be painted with additional paintwork for an even more amazing look. The model is highly articulated when built, allowing for various dynamic poses; this model kit is ideal for both figure and plastic model fans to enjoy! Product Features 5.7 inches (14.5cm) when completed Made of ABS and PS plastic Moderoid series features Mazinkaiser as a model kit! I may be confused on how it all works then. I thought that Good smile was the parent company and then Max-Factory, figma, etc. etc. were all subs. Apologies if I was wrong.

Update! Looks really dope. The legs are wider compared to Bandai's SOC, which makes it look better IMO. Can't wait to get this and perhaps do some metallic coloring with it!
