I have a question on the following Godaikin General Product Catalog Insert shown below.  Was this catalog included with the first series of 1982 Godaikins? (I'm trying to complete my 1982 Voltes V.) If so, does anyone have a spare catalog they would be willing to sell? |

I may have a spare. Not all of mine came with the catalog.
Ed our admin, KingboyD, or repairtechjon may be able to confirm if the booklets were included or not. I don't think they started until year two.

One that confused me was did Bandai feature Laserion, a series III (1985) toy, almost 3 years in advance on the catalog cover for the initial 1982-83 series 1 robots? |

I've got 2 complete GoDaiKin GoLions. One is from the 1st series and did not include a catalogue. The second is a later release and it did come with a catalogue.
So, I don't think you need the catalogue for your Voltes to be complete.

Since he's on the cover, we know this catalogue came later. |
