So now that I'm taking the plunge in to Art Storm's stuff, can anyone tell me if Action Toys/ Fewture/ Pose+ are separate companies distrubted by Art Storm like how Good Smile markets figures for several seperate companies? Or are they really just one company with several names like Sentinel has 1000 toys/ Gecco/ Flame Toys? Intereated in picking up some ES Gokin to keep Lightan company until Baikanfu comes out, but I'm kind of OC about sticking to only a few makers. From my understanding, they are separate companies under the Art Storm umbrella. POSE+ is actually quite new HK based. Action Toys I believe is also HK based, but have been around longer. Fewture on the other hand should be a Japanese company. Don't take these as facts though, just my impression on info I came across them through the years.
allow me to explain
Art Storm is the main company (like Bandai)
under Art Storm you will find Fewture line which have sub lines like, the EX, ES, and the EM
they also have other lines beside Fewture but they are not as famous or as interesting
along the way they have business partners like HL Pro, yes they helped them with some of their metaltech products, but im not sure if they are still partners till this day
Action Toys, is a separated company that is based in HK, they worked on some Fewture products, like the EM Gokin Albegas, they are also an official international distributors for Art Storm products
as for the POSE +, its a new Art Storm line, and as far as i know its not a separated company
Speaking of EX,the Gatchaspartan Hypershoot version is one of my Holy Grails. Those guys are hard to find at a good price.

But Action Toys (that did things like the Machine Robo and Ultimetal Transformers stuff,) Pose+, and ES Gokin are all awaken studios designed and generally Art Storm produced stuff falls under a really good quality standard. Personally I own quite a bit of this stuff from multiple lines and it's arguably the top for me in terms of consistent design and quality. Looking forard to seeing your ES Gokin Lightan with the Pose+. Wanted to do the same with Goshogun but the going rate for that ES Gokin is ridiculous atm.

Well, for now my Pose+ Lightan is going to be joined by the Optimus Prime, Rodimus Prime, and Polly from Pizza Cats ES Gokins... was looking at the ES Gokin Lightan but he's almost as expensive (or more expensive if I got the DX ver.) as the Pose+, so I think I'm just going to hang back on him and just save for Pose+ Baikanfu. I wonder if they'll keep the pace at 1 or 2 a year or if we'll see a few more of the prototypes they showed at Wonder Fest be released this year?

most of fewture stuff are awesome
the prices get higher with time due to the figures been a limited release its nearly impossible to find first release Mazinger z or Great Mazinger under $1000 thats IF you can find them
and Shin Getter 1 is even more insane

Well I better save up and try to snag one as soon as I can it seems. I like the Hypershoot version for the Ken minifig and the more uniform colors for combined mode.

Well, for now my Pose+ Lightan is going to be joined by... I don't bleeping blame you. I love the E.S.Gokin stuff bevausecthe engineering and mimicking the transformations of larger versions is so cool to do in person but bleep me rotten if I'll pay SoC prices for them. As you said it's money that can go towards the actual, larget bots. The ships don't increase in value like that so you're good. It's the Taku Sato designed bots that shot up; specifically the o.g. colored ones.

The Fewture Gatchaspatan is totally awesome, BTW. I realize this isn’t the accurate (dedicated) thread in which to give such a shout out but, again, it is such a satisfying homage to the classic Popy toy, it can’t go without mentioning. Miraculously, the anime colored (standard) version is still available at reasonable prices from third party vendors. The hyper shooter set was produced in a limited quantity and does currently command a higher price, unfortunately.
