Happy new year to you too, Neil! I'd be inclined to agree as I'm still looking for the second set of Annihilators myself and it's the only piece I lack apart from the Cybo-Invader. They don't seem to fetch the most money when they do appear, though. I got set 1 for 60GBP and the last set 2 I saw went for 60something on Ebay. My wretched home dialup let me down when I tried to bid! I once saw a carded set 1 for 225GBP. A boxed Cybo-Invader was up for sale from a while back for 500GBP. I understand it was bought by Mr. Woss. Subforms command high prices; there's a loose Torg on Ebay for over 150GBP and a carded one that the seller wants nearly 500 for.

I saw that torg the other day Hypno, it's very frustrating for me as I know I had the full outfit at my mum's house, in amongst a bag of other toys, that I had from my childhood. And i'm only talking about 2 years ago, it was all there, complete. Unfortunately my younger relatives have lost everything except for the chest plate.

Thanks for your replies, So am i correct in assuming that the Annihilators sets came in two? one with a head and arms and the other with a head and legs? need to know what i have to get to complete the series.

That is correct, Neil; two sets of Annihilators whereas there were three sets of Cybo-nators and Subforms each. Set 1: Radoscope head and Zerconator (I think) arms, individually the Decimator (spiky one) and the Transducer (mace shape). Set 2: Hypnotator head (this was a chest engine in the Japanese version!) and Kryptonator legs. It appears Denys Fisher never got tired of making up pretentious names. But you're not allowed to complete your collection before I do (only joking!) I sympathise, Muton53398. I don't even remember what happened to my originals but I probably sold them via an ad in the local paper in the late 70s. I paid 125GBP for my loose Torg a couple of years ago and I'm glad I got it as it appears they fetch more now. As for carded ones, forget it, I leave those for the very rich collectors.
