ShowZStore appears to be a reliable retailer for the Transformers crowd and is active on www.tfw2005.com replying to customers. They've replied to all my questions. Keep in mind Gundam Central is going to be carrying the Steel Legend figure too

The MB Freedom appears to be 1/100 right? ShowZ said 1/100 but again I'd like to cross check with a more reliable source.

Also, check www.tfw2005.com/boards/threads/show-z-store.1148773/page-100#post-16495781, or search that forum to see ShowZStore customer service activity. They appear to be a well known mostly Transformers retailer and have an official presence on the forum. It would appear they only recently started selling 3rd party Gundam figures, which is why they weren't on our radars before.

Preview/Review of the MC/MuscleBear/Anaheim Factory Kshatriya
Looking pretty solid, and the base toy appears to include the same accessories as the Steel Legend figure, unless you get the additional weapon pack. This one is closer to the original lineart, and it looks like it's a lot more detailed than the Steel Legend figure. This one may be the one to get over the Steel Legend one.

Looks great and is more anime accurate to me than the steel legend. Two things I saw in the video. The first one is that articulations seems pretty tight, it could be bad because that may wear them out easily. The second one is a very small detail (just me being picky) it there is a space in the hatch in the wings/shields that is not in the original design I think. Anyway I'm really into it. Already registered myself in showzstore and almost ready to make my PO

I think I'm going to pass on the Steel Legend figure after seeing this. I'm not too concerned about the issues yet. This is probably just a pre-production sample like the new Freedom

Looks nice. I just don't have the space for this especially with how huge this is.

Some of the joints are also metal with POM (like the wing connection and shoulder) to make sure it doesn't get loose over time. I think it's a no brainer to get it!

Seeing a few Chinese reviews complaining about the paint apps on the Freedom. Not as clean as previous releases, chipped paint or paint drips or dust specks on various parts. Tampos look better than previous. The hand cover parts are strange because it's not part of Freedom's design. I wonder why they decided to add it.

It looked like a lot of rough edges along w the paint and markings, and some 3d printed parts like that core fighter thing, the non-gundam head, and I think the beam saber handles. And the stand not having a completely flat base. These really say not finalized yet.

The Steel Legend figure lacks a lot of the mechanical details this one has. Just looking at the feet joints, wing binder supports, the inner detail of the wings and all the thrusters all over the figure, the Steel Legend figure looks almost plain in comparison. I think this could end up stealing the spotlight, and the Steel Legend figure was in the making for over 2 years.

After seeing videos of both, I much prefer the MC version, it's also currently cheaper on preorder. Detail looks amazing, joints stiff. They are doing the same thing MoShow are, with POM plastic joints around metal pegs to avoid the durability issues we always have with metal to metal joints grinding loose. I dig the KO freedom 2.0 as well, hope they fix some of these QC issues.

MC already has a history of good quality figures so I can't really see them leave them as is.
