It arrived! Overall first impression is that it’s pretty solid.

One issue I had: one of the vertical stabilizers had a joint that was way, way too tight, and the wing ended up popping out when manipulating. That’s almost impossible to fix in plane mode, but it can easily be popped back in the arm when transforming. Wings are a little tight at first too, so needed to be mindful of pressure on joints when transforming.

So I finally opened up and played with my blue AFC-01H. Am I doing something wrong or are the ankles just really weak? He can’t stand with his beak pointed down, the ankles just roll forward! Also his arms are kinda a floppy mess. Any way to tighten this up? Kinda disappointed but also I’ve been playing with my Bandai DX VF-1S which cost $100 less and is far superior.

I really wanted one of these. I love the design I got the first release blue one but it arrived broken and had to get a refund. I also have no confidence that I coul transform it with out breaking it. lol

Transformation is def not simple. I couldn't do it by instructions alone, had to watch Scorched Earth Toys video and follow along.
