It arrived! Overall first impression is that it’s pretty solid. One issue I had: one of the vertical stabilizers had a joint that was way, way too tight, and the wing ended up popping out when manipulating. That’s almost impossible to fix in plane mode, but it can easily be popped back in the arm when transforming. Wings are a little tight at first too, so needed to be mindful of pressure on joints when transforming. |

So I finally opened up and played with my blue AFC-01H. Am I doing something wrong or are the ankles just really weak? He can’t stand with his beak pointed down, the ankles just roll forward! Also his arms are kinda a floppy mess. Any way to tighten this up? Kinda disappointed but also I’ve been playing with my Bandai DX VF-1S which cost $100 less and is far superior.

I really wanted one of these. I love the design I got the first release blue one but it arrived broken and had to get a refund. I also have no confidence that I coul transform it with out breaking it. lol

I couldn't do it by instructions alone, had to watch Scorched Earth Toys video and follow along. |

My biggest gripe with the Sentinel Legioss is the size. I'm not very fond of the smaller 1/48 scale. But I knew from the start they would eventually produce a Tread, so from a sizing point of view, 1/48 made sense. I'm looking forward to these Sentinel Treads.
But still, I wish we could have gotten a 1/35 Legioss. I wish Fans Toys would produce Mospeada products. They would obliterate every iteration of any modern Legioss to date if they made one. But since they don't produce licensed products, my next vote for a company or two to produce a Legioss and Tread would be Pose+ or Action Toys.

POSE+ must have read my post up above which is why we're getting a large scale Alpha from them.  I already see people planning on selling off their Sentinel Riobot Legioss figures now after the preview of the POSE+ Alpha. I think these Riobot Legioss are still worth keeping if Sentinel can deliver the Beta/Tread sets. Because I doubt that POSE+ would pursue releasing Beta/Tread sets for their large scale Alpha. But who knows? |
