I'll give them until Friday and then, get PP involved. I'm ordering from somewhere else or just having one toy versus two as I'm pretty sure BBTS is not up to this sort of shenanigans. Whelp, looks like I'm stuck on NY's endless wait list as well. Ended up putting in a second order at Amazon out of an abundance of caution/concern. Probably will end up getting that one faster, and for less. The only thing keeping me from going the PP refund route is that I also have a less replaceable paid pre-order for the DX VF-1S through them. Guess I'm banking on NY just being terrible at fulfillment rather than outright thieves. I would stay positive. I think many of these on-line shops are reputable so they aren't taking your money and running. They will "eventually" delivery. My original order was with Gundam Planet. GP is a good place, but sometimes it takes them longer to deliver. I ordered a little late with ToyDojo and was on their waiting list. Last week they contacted me as soon as they had one. I called GP and canceled my order. With them, I might have received a GX-88 by Mid Dec.

Oh yeeeeya~ Our "eastside" Charles review going live(?) in 10min as of now! I do cringe with RPA videos sometimes, because he's so excited about a figure that he doesn't even look at the instructions. That part where he's trying to find the ab crunch but putting the force on the wrong section, popping out the waist swivel part... that right there could likely have stripped a bit of that locking mechanism, and it'll be easy to come apart unintentionally after that. Even the front hip skirt, was noted as "FRAGILE" in the instructions, he's just flipping it up like nothing, and it keeps falling out (SMH). LMAO... So Charles is no Spielberg, but he is one of us.

I like Chachi's review. Im glad to see him goobering a bit, & excited. This is how we should be w a beautifully made thing. Past revieews hes been plenty eagle eyed on details & just as whiny as many on the forum about teensy paint or mold details.
Got some notices from EE this week, & Model Citizen Hobbies in FL(friend shop of Robot-Japan), & hope to have mine in hand soon!

i just finished photographing this figure
i want every one to read this part very very carefully, this figure is the reason why i go berserk on Bandai because i know they can do better ones the set their mind on something
they managed to give a 15 part combiner a better articulation than a 5 part combiner (Combattler V) they were just been lazy with the DX Combattler i want an R version lol
so every vehicle have some weight to it and each vehicle have some really nice details
when combining the figure i was really surprised by how easy and how they thought about EVERYTHING with really simple solutions, not to mention those awesome clicks everywhere
in the robot mode, its just so damn beautiful the colors are vivid and the paint is awesome under the right light
the articulation in the the robot mode is AMAZING really wow, the figure did and hold every pose i could think of
the figure have a joint that you need to awaken and make sure its wide awake before you try to move it, it gives the figure the edge it needs (find it on the pic below)
also there is a tiny joint at the end in the helicopters (sorry im not familiar with the anime or the vehicles name)
the weapons are really really cool even tho its a bit of a challenge to put them in the fist, i wish if they come up with a new way for both chaining fists and swapping weapons, like how about giving us weapons with a fist attached to it already and we can take a part from the arm an attache that weapon
what i didn't like is the following
the chrome antennas is tricky to attache
i wish if they come up with a way to hide the feet joints, but its not a deal breaking thing
and here is the score
articulation 10\10 for a combiner its amazing specially the shoulders and the legs
quality of materials 10\10 nothing felt cheap
paint 10\10 no mistakes or scratches, so happy they used white paint instead of the silver (wish Golion got that treatment)
anime accuracy 10\10 spot on
accessories 10\10 alot of weapons and alot of awesomeness
size & dimension 10\10 comparing to other SOC combiners its fit perfectly specially with Golion
price 8\10 if you manged to get it close the preorder price it really worth it judging on what you get
weight 8\10 its not light and not super heavy its just right
playability 10\10 i wish i had this when i was a kid it was really fun to play with and combine to different modes
competitors N\A dont even think of comparing it with any other Dairugger XV in the market, this thing on a level of its own
engineering 10\10 alot of simple but great ideas + awesome articulation
bottom line
when i first preorder this i was kinda sure that i wont like it, but boy i was so wrong this figure is amazing and worth getting, every collector (who can) MUST GET IT, for me this is THE TOY OF THE YEAR
please keep in mind those are RAW photos i didnt edit them yet

I really thought you were going to beat the sh*t out of this one Saud. Now I feel I'm missing something important and that I should go and get one (my problem is that I'm not attached in any way to the show or the robot and I dont like cars and vehicles in my robots, I dont now why and I now it's weird). Anyway I was impressed about this one just for being a 15 parts combiner but the fact that many of the guys praises it and seeing you so happy with it may change my mind. Greengetterguy the zaku gffmc is my toty, simple figure with the right accesories but the sculpt and articulation is flawless. It is Just everything it needs to be. And Besides it's the red comet!

I have two coming to me, but I just cant get over why they designed the forearms to attach that way in robot mode. It just seems unnatural.

Find one at a good price. While it may not be your exact cup of tea, it might still worth having if its that good (still waiting on mine so I can't really say, but all those 10/10 sells it pretty good ). And most of us getting this is not really about the cars and ships, but just the form and gimmick of a 15 parts combiner. Worth considering, before the price gets ridiculous.

They are both great the red comet and dairugger ... it'll be hard to choose between the two for TOTY. It's like Bandai decided to answer my demands for the past decade or so finally by releasing a high end zaku figure and my childhood saturday morning cartoon show in the same year. They are both really great examples of why Bandai is known as the best in their industry. Based on engineering I'd have to go with Dairugger GX-88, but damn that Red Comet Zaku just swoons in coolness like no other metal build gundam I have in my collection

Did anyone preorder through gamestop? I did two from there just trying to secure as many as I could. I have never dealt with gamestop for anything. I have 3 already secured and shipped out and wondering what to do with GS.

What would my videos be without a good cringe? I admit editing next day after getting rest im like wth am I doing? It was a looong night. Lol Im like let me read the instructions to avoid issues yet I glanced through it! Nothing like beating up expensive figures huh? Even after ripping waist out all those times it holds well so as long as you use button it should last forever. Oh yeeeeya~ Our "eastside" Charles review going live(?) in 10min as of now!
