Optimus is up on amazon JP and HLJ now! I don't know how much it is on Amazon Japan, but it's cheaper to get it directly from 3A (www.worldofthreea.com) : USD$199, worldwide shipping included. And yes, you cheap ba$t*rds : they under declare the value. My Bumblebee was valued at $10. |

In fact I went with agesthreeandup.ca since Iām Canadian and the price is competitive (and this way avoid exchange rates entirely). |

Nice. At the current exchange rate, they're about a buck cheaper than from 3A (and you get free shipping too).
I stopped ordering from them years ago when the store got sold and changed to sell almost nothing but Transformers. Then they completely dropped off my radar.

I think it looks awesome, so I ordered one. For some reason TFW hasn't even covered it at all, and they're only making 1,000 so I think it'll be one of those releases no one realizes came out then will get really expensive.

Great stuff Kuma. This Optimus Design is my preferred movie design. Never really liked the designs from the Bay movie.

Honestly the knight Optimus design is one of my favorite OP designs ever but this definitely isn't bad. I like it better than original movie truck OP.

Next DLX is going to be War For Cybertron Optimus Prime. Pretty much straight up G1 animation Prime. Looks pretty cool, I'm assuming it'll be pretty similar to the Bumblee Bee Prime, just with different exterior parts to look more like the cartoon. It'll be interesting to see both versions together. Still no Matrix chamber though...  |

Still no Matrix chamber though... This figure looks good until you start to turn it. The animation modeled the Hasbro Siege toys, kibble and all. IMO it looks atrocious. Optimus has these pieces drooping from the forearms, and that huge flat backpack, looks like he's carrying a table top.  |

To be honest, I think the original design ruined it for Three Zero, as it is obvious they can take on much more complex models and make them great (Bumblebee Movie Prime & Blitzwing). When I first saw these, they look more like a $30-40 Hasbro toy with a weathering wash I used to do with my Movie figures. Knowing that it doesn't transform, a much higher price tag, and the look of that design, it is really not very attractive. I suppose if the show is really good, it will still appeal to some fans. But for people just going for aesthetics, these figures don't offer anything I would consider as a fair trade of losing transformation and a higher end price. Bumblebee Prime, I know the money goes to the crazy detail sculpt and articulation engineering. Here, I can't say the same. It could work for a cheaper $50-100 toyline, but not the DLX that cost almost $200 a pop. Kind of feel bad for Three Zero picking up this new show's license.

3Zero, King Arts, Pose+, of course Hot Toys and now... CCS
.... These HK figure outfits are so impressive with their AMAZING figures. Bravo and congrats to them.
Bandai and Sentinel better watch out...
Hong Kong RISING!!
DLX Soundwave looks just stunning and im SERIOUSLY considering jumping back into Transformer camp.
