hello gamers
i was chatting with mojacko and @kumastyle.com (TJ) about gaming and consoles, so as general info i would like to know your input about this subject

i remember when we played tekken you said there was lag and you were right, but it was mainly because the game engine (unreal engine) actually Harada talked about this matter multiple times not to mention the servers were awful back then
however if on the a PS4 Pro this problem will be eliminated, on top of that they fixed the servers with the latest update, it became silky smooth, but still not as smooth as other fighting games, for me personally Namco games always have this issues on their servers, while other much complex games have a really great online experience
i hated the 360, it didn't complete one month before the red ring of death light up  not to mention they were extremely greedy you have to pay for EVERYTHING so i put them in my black list
consoles changes every 5-7 years so it will be a good investment if you grab whatever you console you like, i was saving for a ps4 pro but then out of nowhere my ps3 broke down thanks to a fifa glitch and Uncharted 4 hit the market with a limited edition ps4 so that was a must lol that was 4 months before the release of ps4 pro
after a long time later i felt that i need a PS4 Pro to maximize my gaming enjoyment so i bought the cool 500million edition wasn't an easy find, but i managed to get one
only god knows how many figures i canceled to get it beside other stuff lol
the exclusives on ps4 is really amazing, you have God of war, Uncharted, Horizon zero dawn, Spiderman, last of us, infamous, ratchet and clank, and the legendary shadow of the colossus
with all of these games you cant let down the controller for a break this is how awesome they are to play

I voted PC. Best graphics, best framerate, and using whatever controller I want? I don't see HOW it can be beat.

I own a video game store so I tend to have all consoles but this time I didn't get the XBOX (I don't see a point in owning PS and XBOX since there aren't that many exclusive titles, specially on xbox, and i don't play shooters). I own a switch and a PS4, PS4 is my favorite since I usually play JRPG, Beat 'em up (Devil may cry, god of war, dark siders), assassins creed (it's my guilty pleasure) and some times racing. I don't play online, to me videogames always were about not being with people, the only game I play online is Tekken 7 sometimes (I used to be relatively good in tekken 3 when I was young, now it's just a hobby). I'm not antisocial, but going to the gym and playing soccer, even going out are my social activities. For me games are about having my moment away... Never played on PC Except for RTS games I used to love those but since I don't have many time I'm don't see any reason to own one (probably I would end up not using it).
and that was long......

I’m thinking of getting Switch 2.0 that’s suppose to come out this year.
Still rocking PS3 but I only use that as a Blu-ray player.
One of the reason I’m getting Switch instead of a PlayStation...I only got 720p 32inch tv...Perfect for Switch, not so perfect for PS4 Pro..

actually assassins creed is one of my favorite games i dont feel any guilt playing it, and Ubisoft are nice people they always listen to the players feedback and they always improve on the franchise making it better, of course with every open world game you will have some bugs and glitches here and there but nothing that will spoil your enjoyment
i guess we are same i dont like to play online alot, but i do play tekken 7, so if you want to play with me PM your ID and will add you

thats nice man the switch is getting alot of good reviews everywhere, i know if i got it i wont be playing alot with it and it will have the same fate of my PSP
i still have all of my Play Stations, PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP, PS4 and PS4 Pro i also still have other consoles as well
dont make my mistake and wait for the next TV to come around, TV tech is rapidly changing and there is always a better thing around the corner you can find some sweet sweet deals on 2018 models and im talking about high end models, if you need any help picking one i will be glad to guide you |

Funny no Nintendo systems, now my girlfriends son has both a Xbox One and a Playstation 4 and is looking forward to the PS5 I can't wait lol $$$$$........

Current favorite would have to be my Xbox One S because it’s my most Modern console I have. The last console I purchased was the SNES classic but that’s more for novelty purposes. I’m glad to have the one S because it allows me to play the most current games. And the last game I purchased was Kingdom Hearts 3. Was lucky that it was available on the Xbox one and not a PlayStation exclusive title. Had it been, I probably wouldn’t get to play the game until years down the line when the PS4 become dirt cheap and affordable. Just like how I’m waiting for the Switch to become cheap so that I can play the breath of the Wild Zelda game.
Just not willing to spend on consoles no more.
The Xbox one S was a gift from my friends a couple years back. Kinda quit gaming when my son was born. Just no time and no where to play. See, I have a 360 and a PS3. And from 2006-2011, I played basically nothing but the Call of Duty series. Which way why my friends got me the One S. My PS3 wasn’t used much as I didn’t care for solo player games during those times. I had a bunch of friends online and theres just something about playing together and competitive gaming which is altogether a different experience versus the old single player gaming. There were nights were we went undefeated on Call of Duty Team deathmatches. Sure I could of played Call of Duty on the PS3 online for free, no gold membership required like on the Xbox but I didn’t have as many friends over on the Sony side. And IMO PlayStation online players weren’t as competitive and PS owners were more into playing solo player gaming.
Getting back into a little gaming, what little time I do get to play games is mostly on my cell phone. And so the online players I used to play with has move on, grew up and not many around to play online anymore. So it’s back to single player games, like Kingdom Hearts 3. I’ll likely pick up Devil May Cry 5 and the remake of Resident Evil 2 when they hit the bargin bins. I remember seeing a tweet about GameStop selling MegaMan 11 for $20 during Christmas time, but that deal was for their Members only. Now that I’m done with kingdom hearts 3, I’m waiting for BloodStained: Ritual of the Night.

And n top of that I'm a grumpy stubborn old man, now you KNOW that!
(Maybe, probably, add foolish there too teehee.)
That's why I'm waiting on Samsung to release 4K TV with built in Apple TV this year. Also the networks MUST broadcast in 4K before I make the "Switch" to 4K..
What the hell is US network taking so long?
Till then I'll still be rocking my 720 with upcoming Switch. (Hyeah~!)

This days its not that great, with argentina's economy in crisis and dolar being too unstable here make prices too high and people are buying very few things. Switch is a great and unique console, a lot of great exclusives. But if you like shooters its not the console for you. If you like platform games and RPG its great. Being "portable" is useful, since as adults sometimes is hard to find the right moment to play. S_Gokin I'll PM you, we can have a friendly match sometime |

i dont call that cheap i call it reasonable, if im going to buy something i want it to be just as i imagined it lol
i skipped upgrading my phone multiple times just because they didn't have the color i want, or the specs i want
till then i will still be rocking my 5 years old smart phone  |

see I knew we'd get along.
Yeah, my next Samsung IS going to have 7inch 4K true infinity oled screen.( F the notch or hole punch!) And dont forget to throw in That quad speakers...
To top it all, I'd still wait another year to drop the price under 1000.
Dont care if I have to rock my s7 edge for another 4 more years.

The only game Im playing for so long is the NBA 2k games. That really stick me to games. Probably some fighting games 2d style street fighters and Dragon Ball Fighter Z. PS rocks!!!

OFF TOPIC
did you guys watched the State Of Play "Playstation direct" ?
to be honest im very disappointed since i thought they will give us a release date for last of us 2 and ghost of tsushima or at least new clips but sadly nothing
the show was very focused on VR games, the only game that got my attention was Iron Man VR but it was more like a CGI no actual game play
and we saw the rest of the games they showed before, like days gone and Crash team racing
well looking forward to the next show
