Where are the best places online to shop for vintage Popy Jumbo Machinders outside of eBay? Can anyone recommend any sites that sell internationally especially some located in Japan?

Try the following sites and they do ship worldwide
Buyee
Mandarake
Both are located in Japan
register with them and buy easily theough them
I do use their services always and I am located in Kuwait
As for buyee they do charge a certain percentage
And for mandarake their prices are fixed.
But when you buy from mandarake, they have to check if the item is still instock, once they do, they will send you an email within 24-48 hrs to complete your purchase.
