So just saw the presentation. No console reveal but spec wise, It’s less powerful than Xbox Series X. Their SSD custom seems faster based on their presentation. This is a rumor and I don’t think this is true but I heard Sony may buy Metal Gear, Castlevania and Silent Hill from Konami.

but what i heard was that its Konami that wants Sony to develop their games which is odd since Konami is doing good with their new business, im not sure are selling he rights for the games or just want them to develop it
i think mainly because Sony have Hideo Kojima on board, which will open the door for more games he was a part in
like zone of the enders

I would have Konami do their Pachinko/etc... business and let Sony do their games but Konami needs to patch up with Kojima. |

Don't even know if Kojima wants to do another Metal Gear game anymore, as he was 'trapped' by that franchise for decades. As much as that was his baby, I am sure he would want to make something new. Death Stranding was pretty great, even if it lacks mass appeal. Pretty sure there are plenty projects he wants to try, instead of doing MGS when he is no longer obligated to.
In terms of PS5, I heard that it is not totally compatible with PS4 games, just some. That would suck if that is true. One of the enticing factor of getting PS5 early is the much faster loading on current games I play. But if some are incompatible, that kind of defeat the purpose as an early adopter, before the PS5 game library get very promising titles (which will take a while).

Looks like a BMW i8 to me. So glad it is white and sleek, while the controller shape didn't changed dramatically. Hopefully the console body shares the same color scheme, so I don't have to wait forever for a white PS5.  |
