For those that missed out on the initial PO window it looks like they'll be opening for another batch soon. Ah man, I just fully paid for my order on RightStuf! Oh well, guess I don't have to worry about the price later on at least. The Mazinger Zero announcement made me decide to just bite the bullet on this.

For those don't understand Cantonese, overall very positive. This one is a production sample, so the toy is not quite out yet, but soon. Thing is heavy, heavier than a regular Metal Build. Even the 2 shields on the shoulder are metal (the gold plate portion). Shoulders have soft ratchet to help sustain the heavy big drill when posing. Articulation is very good, with some semi-Riobot engineering (but less complex) demonstrated on the torso with lower teeth sinks in when doing ab crunch, moving knee cap when bending the knee. All the small drills are connected with magnets. Though doesn't look like there is much friction fitment on the connection to keep it secure, all rely on the magnetism only, which can be a problem when handling the toy while your hand bumping those drills, but those tiny magnets are strong enough so nothing will fall off. Paint finish is very nice, and the metal rod on the display stand while flimsy looking, can support he weight pretty well. Looks like we finally have something good enough to replace the Konami gokin. I still like the Riobot better in terms of sculpt and engineering. But for folks looking for a bigger size gokin, looks like this one is a winner. Even the packaging is very well done and everything printed in Japanese, not something I expected from China based small company. Very good effort.

Thanks for the translation. Just watching the video looks worth it for what it costs. Already preordered mine and my Konami Impact has been gone for couple years. So this is welcome addition.

no disrespect to the reviewer but why he shot the video in this odd aspect ration, its missed up the figure proportion badly not to mention the award fish eye mode, come on
well at the end for me i dont need a review for this, its one of those figure im going to get while blindfolded

no disrespect to the reviewer but why he shot the video in this odd aspect ration, its missed up the figure proportion badly not to mention the award fish eye mode, come on Super wide angle. Prob using a phone camera or wide angle lens due to limited space. The figure is prob only 2 feet in front of him but the lens makes it look like it's much farther.

Thanks my country is not accepting international packages yet (dont know when its gonna start again)... so I'd rather cancel my order and get it in the second batch in December.
