Don't mean to scare you, but Amazon US can be one of the worst on shipping packaging, with little to no stuffing. They box $300 SOCs as if it cost $13. Expect a messed up box, and consider very lucky if you don't. My Daltanious R arrived from Amazon JP yesterday with the two top corners crushed in like an accordion. Getting a replacement from them is really easy but what a waste of one perfectly awesome Daltanious toy. An item can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars and they still won't care, it's all simply disposable product to them. So, I have gotten a lot of items form AJ that got smashed. I have never asked them for a replacement. I am assuming you have to pay to send the item back to AJ? |

AJ immediately dispatched a replacement and had me send back the broken one. Paid for shipping DHL which was almost as much the toy but they did reimburse me after they received it back. |

I work as a contractor in apartments here in DC and I see amazon delivery drivers everyday rolling boxes dropping boxes and dragging boxes ... no matter the size they just do. I believe the problem here is that Amazon uses “part time drivers” or amazon Flex. My friend works for them and believe me when I tell you they don’t care about your box. They care to make the route drop their load and be done for the next day... sad story but it’s true.... Now some drivers are a little better/ proper & conscious about their job but when you make $12/ hour how much care you give to those boxes you drop everyday ? .... just calling what I see every day my friend .... |

I contact my local DHL office and they arrange for pickup and send it back to AJ without any cost to me. I've already done it three times. All for SOC.... sigh.... |

UPS Expedited (2-3 days) 39,420 Yen / $375 USD
UPS Express Saver (1-2 days) 21,881 Yen / $209 USD
JP Post Ferry (2-3 Months) 5650 Yen / $54 USD
I'm leaning towards the JP Post Ferry method but am also considering the Amazon order route.
What is everyone's thoughts N-Y ship options and are there any other online retailers that are good alternatives?

NY it’s well know that they will get you on shipping but to be fair t be think about how heavy and big the DX boxes are ...they are huge! so those Prices and due to co vid seem to be the “new norm” shipping anything out of Japan is impossible unless you used DHL. Japan post has suspended Ems to USA until further notice ... it’s a b*tch but I am thinking ami ami will change more than $100 easily shipping this thing ... it’s an expensive hobby for sure |

Got mine preordered from BBTS. This guy needs to have mint box for what Im paying. I do FedEx and get it sooner. I never do $4 shipping smartpost for expensive items.

thing is those people in Bandai wont even give us a straight reissue of the GX43, no R version and for sure not a complete new mold wit new engineering
