Starting to lose faith in a dx dizer... more and more other robots are coming out don’t be surprised if DX getter comes out first ... although that would be awesome as well

So with Combattler done, Voltes coming out all that's left is a DX Daimos and you can re-create this fan made movie. Awesome find! Personally, I'd like to have DX Daimos before DX Grendizer.

So, not to hijack buuuut... i found this. Hachette Grendizer It may be the closest thing we have to a DX Grendizer for now. ( I apologize if this is old news) It is a subscription build and may only be in the preview stage. If you are not familiar with subscription builds, you get parts weekly to build a large scale model. They're usually very detailed and made of metal. I am currently subscribed to multiple builds and I rather enjoy, it gets pricey though.

That looks pretty nice but at 70cm tall it will be almost twice as tall as the other DX's. Still a very option for Grendizer fans.

doing Getters before Grendizer, will mean war
the thing is they jumped alot of releases (going by the soc order) they even skipped Daiku Maryu, just to do Voltes, and i dont feel it offers a new jaw dropping features
i really dont know what Bandai is doing, Grendizer have the same tricks used in Mazinger and Great Mazinger so why they keep delaying it, not to mention the blue print and that interview they shared way back, doesn't make sense for me

I've been putting away $60 each paycheck into my "DX Voltes" fund. I do not want the $600+ bill sneaking up on me during release. lol

i remember combattler v was more like a street fight, sold out even in stores that take full payment upfront
Voltes stayed up for a while, but hopefully we will be able to get one before the release date or in it

I think there will be enough for everyone. Even though Combattler was a street fight, I was able to score one a year after release for $100 off at BBTS.
But Voltes popularity can not be underestimated. I'm glad I've reserved mine....

Yeah, I don't think there will be too much trouble to find a DX Voltes later. Pretty much all DX went through the same phase from what I remember. Hot when initial preorders were up, but readily available during release for a good period of time, and eventually even go on discount in places. It is until all the stock run dry months later, then the aftermarket price start to hike. It is a very high price item afterall, as popular as they are. It is good if you can preorder one now at a small discount. But as long as you keep an eye on it between now and release, you should be able to get one at retail price.

Like Coletron said, Combattler after release became easy to find, and some were even offering discounts recently. I think it now sold out, though.

It's nice to hear some encouraging thoughts for a change Instead of the usual market speculations like: "boy, this will be worth a gazillion dollars in a few years so you better get yours now or you'll be sorry..." Some guys should take it easy, these are "modern day" collectibles we're talkin' about, not priceless vintage toys like the Bullmark DX Mechander Robo, hehe
