Dmen7.... I did take out the box out of the brown box. I also bought the associated DX Voltes V poster/catalog on eBay. Can't wait to get that! Saying. "I'd open and play with it but I don't have room," is the ultimate first world problem  A first world problem fitting for a first world hobby.  |

If ever/once the DX Daimos is released, then I would be content - Completing the Robot Romance Trilogy. A DX Golion, DX Dairugger and DX Daltanious would also be welcome purchases, should it ever happen. Shhhhhhh Bandai might hear you and do it.....lol |

So far I only pulled the head out and found my Voltes has 2 left ears. It wont stay on very well and leaves gap because the indent molded to clear the pin is in wrong spot. Ive been reading about too many QC issues.

Its kind of a hassle to keep turning them off and on (especially the chest), I just left them all on for now, until I am really done with it and put it in cabinet or storage. Easier to tanantantanan tan tan. |

Easier to tanantantanan tan tan. I did not install the batteries. That's the only thing I didn't test out. Overall, I am happy with the Voltes...given it's size, unfortunately, I can't display him with the giant salmon-colored V and so, it's the stand a la all of the team in vehicle mode. The bird-head is not attached and on the side with the mini-cockpits because with it mounted, the entire set up is also too tall for the cabinet. I have the other SoC releases in robo-mode anyways. The packaging is impressive. Looking forward to seeing what Bandai does next with the line. |

Have to be super careful every time I open it up or putting back some parts I no longer need. Pleasure to the eyes, but nerve-wrecking to the heart, worrying I might rip or dent the box. Put those batteries in. You are missing most of the fun. |

Hey guys, I am selling a new and sealed DX chogokin Combattler V in the listings section. I'm sure it will go well with the Voltes V some of you may have. All I really wanted was the Voltes V myself and nothing more.
I am sure someone will be interested.
By the way, yes, a DX Danguard Ace would be a brilliant release. The regular SOC release was too small.
