Looks great! Can't have to many Gaiking figures but aren't these on the higher end? If it's $300+ that will most likely be to much for me.

Looks Amazing..
much MUCH better proportion then even their own Mazinger and Great Mazinger...(let alone Sentinels Grendizer and Mazinger...)
KA is on a roll. Sentinel and Bandai need to counter, HARD.
KA rising!!

Could KA be the company to finally deliver a decent Jeeg figure? Looking at their current limited line-up looks like they are going for the core super robots of the 70’s. They might even surprise with a Gakeen down the line!

Also, I notice the picture is labeled "Original Edition". I wonder if they'll do Face Open and Gaiking the Great versions? I'm hoping for a Gaiking/Raiking/Vulking set to form GtG, but I'll probably buy whatever they release.

I will stick with my SOC Gaiking. I think this looks cool. But I have the KA Grendizer and I was quite disappointed with the way the joints were made. Almost everything about it is good until you handle the figure and try to pose it. For that price point I believe the joints should be more firm and secure but instead these King Arts figures seem to have a problem when it comes to stability during posing. Almost feels like the joint could break at any given moment.
Ironically that is the issue that the SOC Gaiking has with the leg/foot joints that become loose after a while. Which is an old issue that Bandai has since corrected for more recent and current releases.

While I don't have any KA stuff, and this indeed look quite good, I have to give priority to Bandai's DX Daikumaryu, and a Gaiking that works with it. That would be the ultimate set for me, so I don't think I have the needs for anything else.

Looks great. Still not sold on the quality of King Arts. Grendizer looked fantastic, yet lackluster reviews and a huge price tag. BBTS has this gaiking for $399. Thats insane for a floppy plastic figure. (I say this as people mostly complained about the lack of die cast and floppy joints in Grendizer)

It actually comes with enough “battle damage” parts that you can 3D print an endoskeleton and end up with two full figures instead of one!
