This looks pretty cool, and I’m still sad that I missed out on the VF-1J 1:48 scale chogokin set. I logged in when the listing went live on several websites and lost out, and I monitored websites for a few months afterwards but never got lucky.
I would love to get this new design, but this particular version does not excite me as I am primarily a USA Robotech fan. I will wait and hope that we get a VF-1S Skull Leader in the more US show colors of black and yellow without the red 1:48 scale chogokin set at some point.
Also, I use AnimeExport and they are great.

I should've freaking ordered this. I'm trying to stay away from VF-1 pieces until 1J M&M and 1S Roy but this is REALLY pretty.
