Plastic? If is anything like Optimus then the metal is high. My Optimus probably weighs 25-30lbs.

If you look at his debut video from a couple of years back, he had a frowning mouth that looked like the lower lip would move. I was hoping for speech with that, but maybe it was either too hard to produce or it didn't look right?

Or maybe it was never going to . . .

The face hasn't changed and outside of a big split through his face there's no way to get a realistic moving lip done without probably a grand worth of electronics and moving parts in the head alone and a silicon face overlay.

I thought that lower lip looked like a separate part:

It will be really interesting to see how this progresses. Metal is a plus for sure, but I wonder if it will just be plastic with a metallic coat.

Optimus was about 80% metal on the outside. It was so heavy the knees had locking mechanisms. I would expect this to be the same.

Has anybody picked this up and have any thoughts? There is a lack of online reviews for this piece outside of short videos detailing defects.
