From 18,000 yen to 24K wow.....talk about demand. And Bandai aint doing more to satisfy the fans. sigh! Given the current market price or how hard to get one, 24000 yen I would consider cheap.  |

f360 thanks for the effort man it says " This item is ineligible for order cancellation after the order is placed" so its not a sure thing, also i was checking up and down and price is insane it jumped from $190 to the range between $300 to $500, and to be honest i dont think i will get it for that price i hope i can get one upon the release or it will be skipped until sadly Bandai do a reissue Seriously. I really do wonder how well stocked these figures are for each sale they make. Bandai is FULLY aware how sought after and easy to sell these items are. They reissued some Macross Frontier Valkyries not long before news of this preorder became official. I can see this coming back sometime in the future but how long I don't know..... |

I've been keeping an eye on the Fokker on Amazon Japan and yeah, nothing available to ship overseas at the moment. That being said, more often than not, once the toy releases, there should be more inventory and hopefully, there will be one available for those who want one.
It's frustrating but I'm hopeful.

Is this version just a re-color version of vf-1s? Like red to yellow? If so my wallet is safe. I only buy one version with my favorite color from one series. For vf-31 series I only bought the 31f. How about you guys? Are you collecting every color from the same series?

The VF-1A has a pile of variants too depending on pilot too. That's how Macross is. |

Unless I am really lucky to come across some around retail price somehow, I am not putting in an effort to find deals or bother with the crazy preorders. |

my one clue to say what i said is, they are labeling it as "First Limited Edition" so maybe a 2nd regular release will follow but when exactly im not sure, specially this is the first time i deal with this line, in the SOC line GX48K got a 2nd reissue right after the first preorder sold out which is amazing, another figure the GX31V voltes v, got a reissue after one month
for me im not willing to pay alot more than the MSRP will never feed the greed of some sellers or stores

Same here, as much as I wanted to get my hands on these wonderful DX masterpiece, its just to darn hard to put a pre order. Its like its too limited to own these DX. Hoping they re-issue on an affordable reasonable and quantifiable stocks in the future. |

to be honest i got YF-29 Durandal Valkyrie without any drama (maybe i was lucky ?)
but this Foker is insane to get,i hope we all manage to get one by the release date, i always liked this robot even without knowing that much about it

The thing to keep watch for this time is the shipping cost. Some places will have much higher shipping cost than others.
This set includes the extra Flight display stand making this box bigger and heavier to ship.
CDjapan is charging 9757 yen (US$ 93.22) for Fedex shipping to the USA for this item,. T_T
So even if you got it on preorder price of 18000.. Add in fedex 9757 yen, the total ends up at 27757, yen. T_T

Amazon Japan may not ship to your location, due to the Macross license. So it might be something to consider. Amazon JP ships almost all SOCs to me in the US from what I can tell, but no Macross products, thanks to Robotech. |
