Dagnabbit...was hoping that the bump in the thread meant there was inventory that opened up somewhere that was not nearly double the price of MSRP. <grumbles> no news on extra reopening yet. At this point I would not expect any extra reopening yet. earliest would be after the preorder for TV Superparts are closed. (This will give some Bandai some numbers of possible extra demand to work with incase they have some more time slots to make more VF-1S) And then of course near or on release date.  |

Hey guys. A bit off topic but I seriously need some help here. Back in Jun 2019, I pre-ordered 2 set of SUPER DIMENSION FORTRESS MACROSS - DX CHOGOKIN MOVIE VF-1 STRIKE / SUPER PARTS SET from NY. It was for the 2nd release run so NY told me the release date for it would be April 2020. Now it's almost Aug 2020, but NY still have not shipped the sets to me. The item shows OOS at their website. I sent inquires asking them whether they have the stock and where they will ship, but they never replied back. I paid 21300 yen total shipping include for this order, so it's not a small amount. I contacted PayPal, and PayPal told me since the original purchase was made more than 1 year ago, I cannot create a dispute. Is emailing NY the only way for me at this moment? I was thinking calling my credit card company to do a charge back for it, but I'm worried I will lose my PayPal account. I am in the same boat. Still waiting for N-Y to ship mine. |

Damn, I have been hearing some bad stuff from NY - I'm now waiting for my MP-49 Black Prime - released last month - still no word  Customer service is terrible! I got some Vegito Figuarts pre-ordered and I'm not expecting those to be shipped anytime soon. I will now avoid NY from now on. |

I did avoid NY in last 2 yrs and never wanna deal with them again. I am also with you on this. I can’t put my money and faith in NY anymore. I gave them two chances and the second time instead of just refunding my money on items that their site said were in stock but didn’t ship for 5 weeks I couldn’t the it anymore. Barely any response from customer service and when they did it was vague. I had to file a PayPal dispute to get my money back. |

well if things go south then we can sell it for x2 the price lol, mainly because we are so pissed that we missed the figure
i hope Bandai do a 2nd patch since the figure is on high demand, its a good chance for them to double dip

f360 thanks for the effort man it says " This item is ineligible for order cancellation after the order is placed" so its not a sure thing, also i was checking up and down and price is insane it jumped from $190 to the range between $300 to $500, and to be honest i dont think i will get it for that price i hope i can get one upon the release or it will be skipped until sadly Bandai do a reissue
