I've never been a fan of Mazinger Zero, but this CCS Toys rendition is amazing! Everything from the sculpt to the colors and all the little details are really well done. I would love to see a Mazinkaiser from these guys - I think they'd give Sentinel a run for their money.

I think they are going at it from a different direction from Sentinel, at least on the Riobot line. Riobot is more about engineering and articulation, but often feel lightweight. But from what I heard about CCS GL, the weight and feel of a gokin is top priority, articulation comes second (even though its pretty decent on that front as well). A good direction if you ask me, if they want to compete in this market and stands out.

CCS Gurren has good articulation, but even though I don't own Sentinel's version it's clear it has better articulation in general. At the same time the heft and size of the CCS is really nice.

Thanks. Seems like the releases from this company are easy to get. In fact the last couple of preorders from deferent companies where hassle free. It’s like they scalpers stopped caring. Maybe all those reissues and shipping prices increases as has silver-lining after all.

Caved and PO'd this Maz Zero even though I'm FOR SURE getting the Metal Build whenever it's released. Still on the fence between this and the POSE+ Godam though...

looks f**king amazing, wonder how metal build will compare MB will be smaller. Possibly, but not necessarily. They are making a secondary line of Metal Builds called Metal Build Dragon Scale, which may be for robots in a different scale than Gundam. So far they've shown Ryujinmaru from Eiyuden Wataru, but the MB Mazinger Zero and Shin Getter 1 were shown on the Dragon Scale announcement banner. Hopefully this will mean they're considering making Maz 0 and Shin Getter in a similar size to Pose+ and CCS's figures.

The Metal Build line has been pretty consistent on size from what I can tell. And Ryujinmaru that displayed in the show is not particularly big either. So I feel that it is not that likely the super robots will gain up a size or two. A wild guess anyway.
