Would like one but not really inclined to overpay either. The vendors so far are limited. I saw Nin-Nin Games have a page just today and obviously too late -- sold out. Not sure what their posted price was.

Not sure what their posted price was. Probably not that cheap. They are kind of like Nippon-Yasan ver.2  , marking up small batch one after another as they sold them out. But at least they are an option if you can't really find things elsewhere. |

where can I get this from? I can't seem to find it any where. You won't find this at regular stores. It was sold on site at the Gundam Shop in Yokohama where the 1:1 Factory Gundam is. Google "Factory Gundam Chogokin" and you'll find a few stores that sell web exclusive stuff carries it with a mark-up, if not sold out. Or watch Mandarake or Yahoo Japan auctions like a hawk if one pops up there. |

Maybe Bandai will release it as general release if the response is good.
Or create yet another high end Gundam line as a result. This piece could have been a test bed.
Knowing Bandai, it maybe a wishful thinking, BUT its Bandai we ARE talking about...."unpredictable" to put it politely.

It’s been back on Nin-Nin yesterday and today. Anyone seen a cheaper price? Best I have found so far (outside of one that did at some point pop-up on Mandarake).

That is not a bad price for $273, roughly $50 above retail, given it is only available on site. It looks like its a May preorder, so you may need to wait a bit. Most of the ones I came across before asked for more. |

Well, the MSRP is 22000JPY. NNG is asking for 27490JPY...it's about what I see online in other places for a "fair" price.

I've been waiting to add one Gundam to my collection. So I bought this on eBay for around $360 after shipping and taxes. I'm not a Gundam expert - but this is ONE of the FINEST CHOGOKIN I've EVER handled! It's absolutely perfect and possibly has the highest detail of any figure in my collection. The diecast structure AND exterior parts are awesome, but I'm blown away by the precision metal ratchets which differentiate this from a Metal Build.
