Did Okini ever get the 1D in stock yesterday? The link still shows unavailable but I wonder if it popped up momentarily and then sold out.

They might reopen more after the weekend , but it’s best if you sign up for their notifications if you plan to preorder it from them . |

The demand for these DX Macross series is overwhelming yet Bandai aint doing something to patch up the orders. Sigh.

Well, yeah...Go down the street and most people don't have any clue what Robotech is let alone, Macross. Zero market in NA except for the handful of peeps in here. And if you gauge the posts in this thread, what, maybe 10 sales?  |

Yeah, I have friends who claim they know "everything about robots of the 1980's". They'll boast about Transformers, Voltron, even Go-bots. But the minute you mention Robotech, they're like huh? It's always a SMH moment. They think the 1986 Transformers movie is the deepest storyline ever for a robot related cartoon. And then when you try to tell them about Robotech/Macross, they don't care. They think the most important robots of all time are Optimus Prime and 5 lions. lol |

Thanks for all who posted PO links! I haven't been regular on the boards the last year, but glad i got the jump on one of these VF-1Ds, & saw the posts about lots of available dealer stock of the Fokker 1S, so got both on the way!
I haven't handled one of these 1/48 DXs yet, being such a sales circus, but looking forward to it.
