It SHOULDN'T be difficult to grab a copy, since it SHOULD be a Tamashii Web Exclusive product (TAGHOBBY website confirmed it, so it's 99% right) : basically and as far as I know, production will adjust on the preorders' quantities... Up to a certain limit I guess ! So, best bet is to preorder quickly to avoid earlier closing of preorders !

VF-1D is one of my favorite classic Valks, both color scheme & Battroid design are great 8-)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you'll have to go through places like Okini, Nippon-Yasan, Anime-Export, Mykombini, et al...not HLJ, HS and AmiAmi.

you will need to use proxy .. or you will need to buy it from stores like Okini, Nippon-Yasan, Anime-Export, Mykombini, biginjap, kuramatoys, etc.

All TWE P-Bandai items required upfront payment. You will not see it at HLJ, Amiami, hobby search. You will probably see a 3rd party listing it on amazon japan but for a much higher price.
