Thou shalt have no other gods but me.
What lovely pics. Is it the one picture with different effects or a series taken with different coloured lights? Looks like the former to me. The chicken head veritably glows. You are indeed idolatrous, worshipping this evil toy and posing him like a malignant Buddha. If you focus your mind, you will hear the psychic message he is broadcasting: “Lay off buying figures for a while and save up for a nice camera”.
Transparent figures allow more options for lighting; you can light them from one side or even behind; the possibilities are endless. I’m going to be photoshopping transparent figures onto different backgrounds in my next photostory, which will mean that the colour of light showing through the figures will not match the background. I used to do a lot of photomontage with magazines, and the light sources never match up. A figure lit from one side ends up against a background lit from the other. I quite like these anomalies. Rene Magritte did a series of paintings; I think they are called “Empire of Light”, which depict a night scene against a bright blue sky. The first time I saw one, I didn’t even notice anything was wrong.

If you make the backgrounds white or black it's always perfect with coloured transparent figures.
Yes, it's the same photos with more or less contrast and brightness.
You're right about hs psychic camera message! I think he is both very vain and leary of competition!
Can't wait to see your next story!
