Hi everyone, Can anybody tell me if this model was already released in the United States? I preordered it feom surethingtoys.com and they haven’t shipped it out yet.

I can’t find it anywhere in stock.

Also, does anybody has any experience with them?

I have ordered several in-stock items from them that were older releases with no problem. I haven’t preordered from them before so can’t speak to that angle. If you’re curious about the delay don’t be afraid to drop them a email.

It released in April 2021 in Japan. Should have been in stock in US by June 2021 latest.
My experience with Sure Thing, they are very slow on preorders. However, they do come through, but usually few months behind.
My guess is they have a large pile of unopened shipments, and when new shipments arrive it gets added to the top, and things are opened at random and preorders fulfilled that way.
I have cancelled and gotten refunds for some preorder items because it just took 2-3 months longer, and other places had it ready to ship.

I really wanted to support a small business, and since they are located in NJ, just 1 state over, I would get items quick. But they're short staffed and slow. As of now I only buy in-stock items from STT. I've gotten shipping notifications (tracking number email) but then it takes 4-5 days before the item is dropped off at USPS/FedEx.

germie, my bet is your item is there in their warehouse but they just haven't gotten around to scanning the shipment. It is up to you whether you want to be patient and support a small shop or just buy it elsewhere. I would shoot them an email and see how they respond.

They are a good a reputable company to deal with. I have never had any problems with them.
