Are there any Hong Kong sellers that you would recommend purchasing from? I have heard that the boxes can get beat up during shipping. ShowZ and Bombusbee are the two major ones. The later is always giving coupons so always check for those before ordering from them. Other options are Robotoybase, Toy Wonderland, and Robot Kingdom. |

generalrasp If you want a few you got ShowZ / Gundamnit & RobotKingdom if want decent China & Hong Kong Service I just personally buy those through HLJ Magmatron I mean it's all the same only difference is you don't pay for the Customs but if you buy through HLJ / AmiAmi you pay for Customs in general due to weight at least based on my experience |

CCSToys Gunbuster preorders sold out surprisingly fast in Japanese shops (HLJ, Amiami, HobbySearch, Anime Export...etc.) at around 32000-34000yen (around US$220-240). They usually sit around for weeks if not months on their previous releases.
ShowZ also charging a lot more this time around at US$353, when they normally ask for US$279-299.
Keep your eyes peeled, if you want to buy one at a decent price. This one is more sought after than any before somehow. Just FYI.

Among all their previous releases, Black Shin Getter was the most limited (it is a limited edition, and known from HK shop owner with CCSToys connection mentioned in a podcast that it is a limited production run). But even then, Black Shin Getter preorders were available for a pretty long time, allowing you weeks to think about the purchase or comparing prices. Just that after releases, the stock dries up a bit faster than the regulars, but still not hard to buy one at all. Gunbuster POs probably gone up a day or two (could be less), and all gone now (among main Japanese shops we frequent). |

All the previous releases have had multiple release waves also (excluding Black Shin Getter) so hopefully there will be more chances to pre-order at a good price. Its the cheapest price i found right now, just submit order and they have choose pay now or pay later Wondering how to choose shipping option to US ... just realize this price is not include shipping cost .....at least more reliable than ship from hongkong or china |
