Does Bushiroad Games have a good track record? Not familiar with their name or previous titles they did.

Does Bushiroad Games have a good track record? Not familiar with their name or previous titles they did. Never heard of them either...but, looks like an R-Type/Gradius-type shooter a la Valkyries...? That's gotta be a great thing, right? |

That's gotta be a great thing, right? Did some digging. Looks like the actual developer is Kaminari Games, and Bushiroad Games is just a publisher? But Kaminari Games only previous shooter title I can find is Raiden V in 2019, but not looking too impressive. Looks like a low budget indie/mobile game of a very old franchise, unfortunately. kaminarigames.com/ |

Yeesh, looks like the rest of the world will get a different version of the game based on the official website  The Japan version will have Hikaru and Minmay, I'm guessing console owners can just get the Japan region copy. Sucks for us Steam gamers though... Not gonna purchase if the game in my region gets neutered, stupid effing licensing crap... Japan Version Rest of the World |

From this somewhat recent promo, it says "Love do you remember" stage (Hikaru & Minmay) is included in the Japanese physical copy, but not in digital download. You have to buy it separately as a DLC. So there is a chance the Global version does the same, or you just get the base digital game, but with no "Love do you remember" DLC.
Game looks like delayed to March instead of January.
Hikaru and Minmay can use a better portrait though. Everyone else looks on-model from their shows, but their faces look like a bootleg LOL. Especially when they had Mikimoto to draw the special physical game cover illustration, they should have gotten that right. Or just sample a shot from the movie scene.
