ok this overwhelming amount of attention to Getter Robo need to stop
like do they realize there is alot of forgotten super robots that need some love

It's probably because of the anniversary's for the Getter Robo franchise next year, 50 years for the original, 25th for Armageddon etc..

I think POSE+ positions themselves a lot better (but also a lot higher risk), offering an almost complete lineup of Armageddon, never done before. Many Getter fans and completist will fall for it. I think Carbotix Getter 1 looks better than POSE+'s, but now knowing a full lineup of other Getter Teams are coming, it already starting to change my perspective of their offering (in a positive way). Sky X Studio, on the other hand, just repeat what others did before, cherry picking the 'main' Getters with their style, though kind of hit & miss IMHO. So not likely getting tons of sales, but probably just doing good enough to tag along. |

But honestly, I am more interested in their hangar than the figures. And if I have to buy 3 figures to get it, then it is not gonna be mine. This Dragon looks decent though. Shoulder pads sit too high, but most likely adjustable. |

Cause the trendy Units now for the most part is Arma Getter (Most notably Getter 1 , Black & Shin 1) seeing an Variation of Getter G bet it either Toei , Manga & Arma MP is a huge welcome . on a side note Toei Getter not what more trending since OVA Getter's more close to Ishikawa's work (even though he worked on Toei Getter along side Manga Getter with Go Nagai) , and the VA for Toei Ryoma no longer working on SRW stuff makes it a bit less appealing for these toy companies to tackle vintage Mechs , your best bet is to wait for someone like King Arts to do it since they made Getter 1 (sorta a mesh mash of Manga & Toei Getter) . And at worst expect repaints for of the MP Getter G into a Daikessen or Even a Toei repaint.

This figure looks good and the size will be great compare to CCS figures! it’ll def be a buy for me. Has there been any announcement on if they will subsequently make Getter Liger/Poseidon as well?

Does anyone think this will be the original Getter Dragon? No. It is obvious this is the Armageddon version. The logo (license of the show) is right next to it. Not the traditional Dragon design with the orange panties. But a later repaint is possible. |

Their already release shogun mattel size (45-55cm with full articulated and finger articulated) The one & only is Evolution Toys - Future quest with GABM (Grand Action BigSize Model) Line All figure sculpt with original classic design Start with Mazinger z (40cm) and getter 1 (45cm) Their always display coming soon Getter Dragon (50cm approx) , for comparison ill attach with Jeeg (already release with the smallest size 21cm in GABM line)     For getter 2 & 3 will released for non articulation form (vinyl) |
