I am kind of interested in this. Not a big G1 retro guy, but this fall into one of those "very nice to have just one" release that is great as a display with the boxart and all, and you can pull it out and play a bit every now and then. It has the G1 vintage charm, but still very playable (and somewhat affordable in today's standard). Definitely need to buy from a shop that has very good packaging, as the box is almost as important as the figure itself on this release.

Thanks for the video mpchi  I appreciate the effort of Taktom giving us new box art, but I'm not feeling the new one  They twisted/exaggerated the hips, I think the actual figure pose looks much better. Plus I like the head illustration of the original more than the new one. Not that it's bad, just feeling nostalgic   |

I'm digging this. I really like how the old G1 robot mode stickers are now sculpted and painted on. Grabbed the toy deco version at BBTS.

I don't know why I'm not super hyped about this. I still have the G1 toy from childhood. And with all the modern articulated OP figures I have in my collection, it never crossed my mind that I'd want an articulated G1 figure. NEWAGE made a legends scale figure with the G1 toy deco (with toy head sculpt) which scratched that itch already. I wasn't excited about the Robosen either. Maybe I have too many OP in my collection? I dunno.
