Wonder if Blitzway change they're factory counter part in China? Because if not most probably this Shin Getter could get KO rendition like Voltron. I think you might be on to something. Last factory obviously stole molds, so Blitzway no longer will be producing there. This collab with MOSHOW will use MOSHOW factory and might even bring the price down.
Official Company press release: "Introducing a new wave in the robot figure market – the Blitzway x Moshow Toys collaboration!
The first product from this collaboration is a part of the flagship Carbotix line, featuring the super robot “Shin Getter 1” from the OVA series “Getter Robo Armageddon.” (“Change Getter Robo!!” in Japan) Blitzway and Moshow have combined the strengths of each brand to create “Shin Getter 1,” a collector’s dream with a design and proportions faithful to the original work. With astonishing gimmicks, extensive range of articulation, and effect parts for various dynamic displays, “Shin Getter 1” is crafted as a robust and high-quality Die-Cast robot. This collaborative release of “Shin Getter 1” offers enhanced quality at a more reasonable price. What’s more, for collectors of Blitzway x Moshow Toys, we have great news – we’ve minimized the waiting time with a swift release date. The synergy between both brands, along with the expertise of top-tier artists and developers currently working on mold production, ensures that “Shin Getter 1” will be available for pre-order in March 2024, with shipping expected in May or June 2024."

Maybe it's just the poses/angles but I don't like the proportions which is a shame because the style and details are pretty accurate and since it's a Carbotix, I assume the size will be on the bigger side. I'll probably keep waiting for the SOC. You sure the SOC is worth the wait over this?

I'll probably keep waiting for the SOC. You sure the SOC is worth the wait over this? If it's not because of the angles/poses, then yes. It's the most accurate one and I want an accurate one. I already bought tons of stylized Shin Getters, now I just want one that looks exactly like the anime. The size and poseability will more than probably not be on par with the Carbotix but again, I'm in the market for accuracy this time.

Guess this guy's main gimmick is Glowing & Jumbo sized now if only they'd make Shin 2 & 3 ........... At this point, design accuracy might as well be a gimmick, and even if this one isn't fully accurate much to my disappointment, it's still probably the most accurate one since the SRC which came out like 10 years ago

I like how they stick up with the original art line of Shin Getter 1. But for me the CCS Shin Getter version is probably more menacing compared to this anime inspired Shin Getter.

This looks good but where's Shin 2 & 3 Blitzway ? Doubted they'll get to Shin Getter 2 and 3, since they skipped Getter 2 & 3 previously. However, this Shin Getter 1 is selling for US$135 on Blitzway's official site, I kid you not. But after international shipping, it will bring it back up to $220+. Assuming the box of this is going to be somewhat big, as they didn't charge this much shipping on Black Getter not long ago (I bought it there). Heard from somewhere saying this Shin Getter will be around 25cm tall, which is CCS size.

Those lower legs are just too stubby and it ruins what would otherwise be a great figure. Super robot aesthetic is usually short thighs and long shins.
I hope the MoShow collaboration also reduces the price on their Legendary Defender Voltron because their version looks miles better than the Sentinel’s insanely priced version. I’d prefer to get the Blitzway but I will wait to order until I’m sure it will not just get bootlegged by Musclebear.
It would be interesting though to see MoShow, which started out as a Gundam bootlegger, get a taste of how that feels when your IP and hard work gets ripped off in the same way they did Bandai.

I thought the same thing about the legs... But that's also what I thought years ago when I saw the first pics of Sentinel's little Getter 1 and Black Getter, yet they are still amongst my favourites today.
When I look at the pics in this thread, those short legs only look like a "problem" when it is standing straight. In action poses, it looks fantastic.

Preview videos. Look very impressive and super heavy figure is 1.2+ kg, the display stand is 2.2 kg (crazy!). 26.5cm tall, quite a number of ratchets, and a smart implementation of the magnetic Getter belly button. Light gimmick also pretty easy access. While articulation is good, it is a little limited in some areas, especially the waist (none). Pretty crazy for what you get at a $215 shipped price ($135 is you live local in Asia ), going neck to neck with the budgeted CCS Slasher Shin Getter as the budget king.

Finally got some solid confirmation on size and height. 26.5cm is shoulder height (tallest point on the figure). It turned out to be just a tad bit taller than CCS Toys' Shin Getter, but you can pretty much see them as the same scale.
