That's a pretty good price considering the size, New Generation is actually my favorite part of the Robotech trilogy. Hopefully they sell enough to get the other Cyclones made.

i'm awfully tempted to pick one up... moshow toys quality isn't half bad usually ... so i'm really curious... What makes me hesitate a bit is that I just complete my set of the Riobot Mospeda release. Those things were going a bit high on the secondary market. So I was happy when they re-release them. I never follow the anime. But the cyclone armor is a classic design. I am sure Moshow will release the other variant since they invested in this design/steel mold. (I wonder how long to see other variants)... when I go to ShowZ store they have so many pre-orders listed.

Thanks for posting the video. I compared the MoShow transformation to the Riobot. The MoShow is more parts forming where as the Riobot transformation into a powersuit that the rider plugs into. The plus on the MoShow design would be the transformed figure will be more poseable as it would not be restricted by the powersuit frame. Skip to minute: 11:00

Personal take, but while everything seems great about this release when it comes to price, details, and size, I am still very lukewarm about it. The overall proportions are nicer than the Riobot's, and probably way sturdier. But I can't help but feel that they might have stylized it a bit too much, to a point it loses some of the charm in the original design. Normally, with what they are offering, it would be an easy buy (you do get a lot out of that $180 price tag). But I just don't know at this point. I want to really like it, but not quite feeling it at the moment.

(I may pick up one out of curiosity later, I don't feel I need to collect the whole team.) I hear glowing reviews of MoShow's work even from some western reviewers. Most of their stuff is their own original IPs - this is one of their first licensed release. (and particular with a western company Harmony Gold and Toyanmi)

Thanks for posting this Chen WOW, totally blown away... never been this excited since Takara announced MP-01. Judging from the video, this offers awesome value for the price, just like MP-01 back in the day I've never owned or handled anything from Moshow, how's the quality of their figures? Really hoping they knock this out of the park and set a new standard.

ToysTV demo a copy of the MoShow MOSPEADA.
The general feedback.
-It is heavy like a Moshow Product. (Diecast) -Value for money (you get a lot (electronic, size, intricate pistons details, etc) for what you paid for. -The reviewer was okay with the reinterpretation of the design.
- The knee joints could be tighter (to support the figure in powered armored mode) - You will need to use the stand and the magnet base for the powered armored mode - It feels more like a display piece than something you will mess with regularly due to its size.
