Return of ASTRO MU - Cousin of the cyborg

Okay there is a new vinyl figure out which may be of interest, but it has a lotta back story.

Man where to start....

You know when you see those parts lots of vintage vinyl cyborg bits and that contain unusual heads and gloves that just don't seem like cyborg?
Well that would be Nakajima's Astro Mu.
A favorite of Japanese Cyborg collectors.
Underneath the outfits it looks a bit like a cyborg Bootleg with glitter inside.



There were clear figures with suits, little vinyls (similar to the invader & walder classic style vinyls) and even a Jumbo Machinder in the toyline.

A bit like the Takara reissue walder monster and invader 10" vinyls, but a lot less expensive than the originals.
Something to tide collectors over anyway.

My personal fave is the baddie in the poster with the brain head!
