I scored! I finally got a vintage m10x microman! I thought I'd never ever get one, since on Yahoo Japan, even loose ones go for at the very least 5000Yen. When one in mint condition showed up on ebay, I thought it'd go for at least $100, but I won at $34! The reason I'm so hyped is the face. It has a very different face from the Time traveller. You can't tell so much from these photos, but it's also different from the reproduction m10x. THe lines in the face are more defined, and the he has shorter hair for some reaon. Ironically this cheap 14k photo I found on the net is better than my big one! And here's a Glitter Mode m17x case. i've had this for a long time, but never took any photos. It look sreally cool closeup

Nice find, Johnny! A vintage M10X is without doubt worth a lot more. Hey! What's with the red Time Traveller? Is he actually a Cosmo Man? I have read a description of the glitter mode process, but it was less illuminating than your photos. Please can we see the figure too?

Indeed the red guy is a Red Cosmo Man - finally after about two years I found one! It's the only one I don't have from when I was a kid, and it's a nice dark red. Unfortunately it's hard to photograph the colour on a black backround. I'll have to try some on a white background. I managed to get some decent head shots of the m10x, vintage (or "vinutage" as they say in Japan) and repro. So here's the vintage m102 And here's a reproduction m104 Hmm, I guess from this magnification you can't see the difference that well, but you can se the reproduction has a narrower head, with less definition in the face. I'll have to do a side by side from further away. I do have this one, but only one is in focus, but it's nice though.

Hmm - so I tried a head to head comparison, but you really can't tell the difference in the photos. Oh well. trust me they're different!
