Hi guys...
My name is Dave Waugh, and I have the Micronauts website
www.innerspaceonline.com
I needed to raise some funds to help pay for the webiste so I had some giclee prints made up. I am a professional tattoo artist by trade, and most in the Micronauts community are familiar with my work. I have my "resume" listed below the print info, but let me get to the artwork first. I have 4 different prints for sale, they are all signed/numbered limited to an edition of 12. (I don't know how you post pictures here, so I have supplied links to the art). First up is:
1. "Phobos vs. Biotron". This is a mixed media piece, the main image was drawn in colored pencil with the background image being comprised of a collage of the original patent info printed in a softer sepia tone. This artwork was originally started back in 2002 and finally completed in 2006. The print size is 11" x 14", and is $30. You can see it here:

2. "Karza vs. Geag". Print info is the same as above: This is a mixed media piece, the main image was drawn in colored pencil with the background image being comprised of a collage of the original patent info printed in a softer sepia tone. This artwork was also originally started back in 2002 and finally completed in 2006. The print size is 11" x 14", and is $30. You can see it here:

3. "There Goes The Neighborhood". This is an older image, drawn way back in 1999 as was also done in colored pencil. Features the 6 Micronauts Aliens blasting their way into town. Print size is 9" x 12" and is $20. See it here:
www.innerspaceonline.com/prints/aliens.jpg
4. "Arden Robo". This original image was an acrylic painting on an
actual skateboard deck done for an artshow in 2006. Our favorite evil Microman robot/spaceship never looked radder. Print size is 8" x 20" and is $25. See it here:
www.innerspaceonline.com/prints/arden.jpg
I did a previous run of prints which included this next piece, entitiled "Acroyears". This was also an acrylic painting done in 2005. The print is 8" x 10", the image on the inside is 6" x 8". This is #14 out of 16, the last one left. Price is $20. See it here:
www.innerspaceonline.com/prints/acro.jpg
I also just completed a new piece of artwork which I am considering doing a run of as well. It's another acrylic painting on a skateboard deck, but has been trimmed down a bit and altered from the original. Basically, the left side was removed and the boarders darkened in to make a more concise illustration. It's called "Pharoid" and the print is 20" x 8" and will be $25 most likely. I'll start taking pre-orders if I get some good feedback on it. You can see it here:

These giclees are printed on Epson Somerset velvet 19 mil. paper, which is 255 g/sm. (ie: heavy duty high quality "watercolor" paper type stock.) They are printed on an Epson 9800 Pro (newest available state of the art giclee printer) with Ultra Chrome K3 archival ink, with a 120 year life.
All the images are printed in different standard frame sizes as well, so you can either buy a more affordable frame to put them in from places like Michael's (who carry these different frame sizes) or they could be custom matted and framed for an additional fee. Half of the first four listed have already been sold, there are limited quantities left as of now. Now here's who I am...
For those of you who may not know, I'm Dave Waugh
owner/creator of the Micronauts website
www.innerspaceonline.com/.
I am also a professional tattoo artist and have been so since 1991. You can view my work at
www.davewaughtattoos.com/
and view my resume of sorts in
the "articles" section:
www.davewaughtattoos.com/article.htm
I have produced plenty of different kinds of artwork over the years from tattoo flash to record and CD covers. I was also a consultant and accessory designer (the 2 new Time Traveler chestplates) for the Palisades Micronauts Retro line in 2002/03, and consultant on the aborted 2005 SOTA Toys Micronauts line. I am also a published writer/photographer for several different magazines such as Easyriders Tattoo and Super 7 Magazine.
If interested in ordering a print to help fund the rising costs in
keeping Innerspace Online on the web, please contact me off list at
davefink@webtv. net
and put "Micronauts prints" in the subject line. All prices DO NOT include shipping, which will probably only be about $5, and will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Paypal accepted, email me for details. Please remember that they wont be available for long, and will not be re-printed.
Thanks!
Dave
